【摘要】：金屬結(jié)構(gòu)是橋式起重機(jī)最重要的部分,因此,本文致力于研究橋式起重機(jī)金屬結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞試驗(yàn)和可靠性理論。本文結(jié)合試驗(yàn),應(yīng)用機(jī)械疲勞應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、概率斷裂力學(xué)、工程結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性理論及應(yīng)用等理論,取得了以下研究結(jié)論: 1.證明了橋式起重機(jī)焊接箱形主梁對(duì)數(shù)疲勞壽命滿(mǎn)足正態(tài)分布,建立了常幅載荷下主梁疲勞壽命的指數(shù)函數(shù)表達(dá)式,變幅載荷下總損傷量滿(mǎn)足修正Miner線(xiàn)性累積損傷定律,并且服從正態(tài)分布。 2.建立了橋式起重機(jī)焊接箱形主梁在常幅載荷和變幅載荷下累積損傷可靠性分析模型。 3.首次推導(dǎo)出變幅載荷下計(jì)算裂紋擴(kuò)展paris公式中C值的公式,應(yīng)用機(jī)械疲勞應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué),計(jì)算出C值服從對(duì)數(shù)正態(tài)分布。 4.建立了橋式起重機(jī)焊接箱形主梁在常幅載荷和變幅載荷下概率斷裂力學(xué)可靠性分析模型。 5.給出了應(yīng)用應(yīng)變法測(cè)量焊接箱形梁的斷裂韌度的方法,并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)得到了焊接箱形梁焊縫材料的斷裂韌度。
[Abstract]:Metal structure is the most important part of bridge crane. Therefore, this paper is devoted to study the fatigue test and reliability theory of metal structure of bridge crane. The theory of engineering structure reliability and its application have obtained the following conclusions:. 1. It is proved that the logarithmic fatigue life of welded box girder of bridge crane meets normal distribution, and the exponential expression of fatigue life of main beam under constant amplitude load is established. The total damage under variable amplitude load satisfies the modified Miner linear cumulative damage law. And from the normal distribution. 2. The cumulative damage reliability analysis model of welded box girder of bridge crane under constant amplitude load and variable amplitude load is established. 3. The formula of C value in the paris formula of crack propagation under variable amplitude loading is derived for the first time, and the logarithmic normal distribution of C value is calculated by applying statistics of mechanical fatigue. 4. The reliability analysis model of probabilistic fracture mechanics for welded box girder of bridge crane under constant amplitude load and variable amplitude load is established. 5. The method of measuring the fracture toughness of welded box beam by strain method is presented, and the fracture toughness of welded box beam weld material is obtained by combining the test.
