高效低噪聲離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)的數(shù)值模擬與優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)是一種通用的葉輪機(jī)械,因其體積小和壓力系數(shù)高被廣泛應(yīng)用于引流工程。本文采用數(shù)值模擬分析的方法,對(duì)離心通風(fēng)機(jī)三維流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了模擬,分析研究了風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)部流動(dòng)情況。 首先建立離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)三維模型,把葉輪流域設(shè)為轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)區(qū)域,把進(jìn)風(fēng)口和蝸殼設(shè)為靜止區(qū)域。采用非結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格對(duì)其分網(wǎng);采用有限體積法對(duì)偏微分方程組進(jìn)行離散;在三維時(shí)均N ? S方程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k ?ε兩方程湍流渦粘模型的基礎(chǔ)上,采用SIMPLE算法,對(duì)離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)部整機(jī)流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,通過分析風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)部流動(dòng)情況,確定了湍流強(qiáng)度大、噪聲高的兩個(gè)部位:葉輪進(jìn)口和蝸舌處;同時(shí)還捕捉到了葉道內(nèi)二次流、葉道出口的射流和尾跡和蝸殼內(nèi)的渦流等現(xiàn)象。 其次,分析研究了強(qiáng)湍流部位:葉輪進(jìn)口和蝸舌。進(jìn)風(fēng)口匹配與否是影響葉片入口處氣流速度分布和渦流噪聲的主要因素,而影響進(jìn)風(fēng)口形狀的主要參數(shù)是張開角的大小。本文建立了進(jìn)風(fēng)口張開角和葉片入口處氣流速度之間的關(guān)系模型,通過對(duì)比不同進(jìn)口張開角下葉片入口處氣流速度方差,確定了與本風(fēng)機(jī)最匹配的進(jìn)口張開角為14°;蝸舌相對(duì)間隙δr2是影響風(fēng)機(jī)有調(diào)噪聲的主要因素,本文通過對(duì)比分析不同相對(duì)間隙下蝸舌處等聲線的變化,確定了最佳蝸舌相對(duì)間隙為12 %。 根據(jù)數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)制造出了一臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī),對(duì)它進(jìn)行了性能和噪聲試驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果是準(zhǔn)確可信的,且該風(fēng)機(jī)性能優(yōu)良,噪聲低。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal fan is a kind of universal impeller machine, which is widely used in drainage engineering because of its small volume and high pressure coefficient. In this paper, the three-dimensional flow field of centrifugal fan is simulated by numerical simulation. The flow inside the fan is analyzed and studied. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of centrifugal fan is established, the impeller basin is set up as rotation area, the inlet and volute are set as static area, its network is divided by unstructured grid, and the partial differential equations are discretized by finite volume method. In three dimensional time-averaged N? S equation and standard k? On the basis of 蔚 two-equation turbulent vortex-viscosity model, SIMPLE algorithm is used to simulate the flow field of the whole centrifugal fan. By analyzing the flow inside the fan, it is determined that the turbulence intensity is large. At the same time, the secondary flow in the impeller, the jet and wake at the outlet of the impeller and the eddy current in the volute are also captured. Secondly, the impeller inlet and cochlear tongue are analyzed and studied. The matching of the inlet and the inlet is the main factor affecting the velocity distribution and eddy current noise at the blade entrance. The main parameter affecting the shape of the inlet is the size of the opening angle. In this paper, the relationship between the opening angle of the inlet and the airflow velocity at the inlet of the blade is established, and the variance of the airflow velocity at the inlet of the blade under different inlet opening angles is compared. The inlet opening angle of the fan is determined to be 14 擄, and the relative gap of the cochlear tongue 未 R2 is the main factor affecting the adjustable noise of the fan. In this paper, the changes of the isobaric sound in the cochlea tongue under different relative gaps are compared and analyzed. The optimum relative space of cochlear tongue is 12 parts. According to the numerical simulation results, a typhoon machine is designed and manufactured, and its performance and noise are tested. The experimental results show that the numerical simulation results are accurate and reliable, and the fan has good performance and low noise.
