模具制造系統(tǒng)布局方式的仿真評價

【摘要】:模具是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)工藝設(shè)備,被稱為“工業(yè)之母”。很多工業(yè)產(chǎn)品零件和絕大部分橡膠、塑料制品均由模具成形。模具制造系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)模式為多品種、中小批量和訂貨式生產(chǎn)。 伴隨著我國工業(yè)化的蓬勃發(fā)展,作為其基石的模具制造業(yè)也面臨著越來越多的挑戰(zhàn)。產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)日益復(fù)雜、需求日益多樣化、訂單更新日益加速,這些變化不但對復(fù)雜制造系統(tǒng)的計劃、生產(chǎn)和調(diào)度提出了更高的要求,同時,也使得面對不同的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)時采用何種布局方式成為一個難題。 為此,本文對某模具企業(yè)的設(shè)施規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀和需求進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,提出了機群式、半機群式和單元式三種具有代表性的布局方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上,綜合了傳統(tǒng)的評價指標(biāo)及當(dāng)前提出的系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜度評價指標(biāo)——熵,構(gòu)建了適用于模具制造系統(tǒng)布局的評價指標(biāo)體系。鑒于現(xiàn)實實驗不易操作和實現(xiàn),采用eM-Plant軟件構(gòu)建了仿真實驗平臺,對各方案進(jìn)行了評價分析。期待給出相對較優(yōu)的模具制造系統(tǒng)布局方案。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 首先,模具制造系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模型提取。從現(xiàn)實模具制造系統(tǒng)中,提取產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),訂單分布,工藝路線,工時分布和資源數(shù)目等數(shù)據(jù)模型; 其次,構(gòu)建布局模型。依據(jù)工藝路線或關(guān)鍵件建立機群式布局模型;按照產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),對設(shè)備進(jìn)行單元劃分,建立單元式布局模型;綜合機群式和單元式布局的特點,建立半機群式布局模型; 接著,建立評價指標(biāo)體系。建立包含在制品數(shù)量,平均物流路徑,產(chǎn)品生命周期,完成率,設(shè)備利用率和熵在內(nèi)的綜合評價指標(biāo)體系; 最后,運用基于eM-Plan仿真軟件建立各布局方案的仿真平臺,導(dǎo)入調(diào)研所得數(shù)據(jù),運行仿真,統(tǒng)計評價體系中各指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)。通過對比,分析各布局方案的優(yōu)劣。 對輸出結(jié)果計算分析可知,單元式布局在熵,制品數(shù)量、物流路徑和生產(chǎn)周期指標(biāo)下具有較為明顯的優(yōu)勢;機群式布局的設(shè)備利用率較高,但是物流路徑指標(biāo)下的劣勢較為突出,并且較單元式有更大的管理復(fù)雜度。半機群式布局的各項指標(biāo)值均介于以上兩種布局之間。綜合模具制造業(yè)所關(guān)注的核心問題以及評價結(jié)果,可發(fā)現(xiàn)半機群式布局方式更適合于模具制造業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Mould is the basic process equipment of industrial production, which is called "the mother of industry". Many parts of industrial products and most of rubber and plastic products are formed by die. Medium and small batch and order production. With the rapid development of industrialization in China, the mould manufacturing industry, which is the cornerstone of the industry, is facing more and more challenges. The product structure is becoming more and more complex, the demand is becoming more and more diverse, and the order updating is accelerating day by day. These changes not only put forward higher requirements for the planning, production and scheduling of complex manufacturing systems, but also make the layout of different product structures a difficult problem. Therefore, this paper investigates the present situation and needs of facility planning in a mould enterprise, and puts forward three representative layout schemes: cluster, semi-machine and unit. This paper synthesizes the traditional evaluation index and the current system complexity evaluation index-entropy, and constructs an evaluation index system suitable for the layout of die manufacturing system. In view of the fact that the experiment is not easy to operate and realize, The simulation experiment platform is constructed with eM-Plant software, and each scheme is evaluated and analyzed. It is expected to give a relatively better layout scheme of die manufacturing system. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. Firstly, the production model of mould manufacturing system is extracted. From the real mould manufacturing system, the data models such as product structure, order distribution, process route, man-hour distribution and resource number are extracted. Secondly, the layout model is built. According to the process route or key parts, the cluster layout model is established; according to the product structure, the equipment is divided into units, and the unit layout model is established. The semi-machine group layout model is established. Then, the evaluation index system is established, which includes the quantity of in-process products, the average logistics path, the product life cycle, the completion rate, the equipment utilization ratio and the entropy. Finally, the simulation platform of each layout scheme is established based on eM-Plan simulation software, and the data obtained from investigation are imported, and the index data in the system of running simulation and statistical evaluation are carried out. Through comparison, the advantages and disadvantages of each layout scheme are analyzed. The calculation and analysis of the output results show that the unit layout has obvious advantages under the indexes of entropy, product quantity, logistics path and production cycle, and the equipment utilization ratio of cluster layout is higher, But the disadvantages under the logistics path index are more prominent. The index values of semi-machine cluster layout are between the above two types of layout. It can be found that the semi-machine group layout is more suitable for mould manufacturing.
