【摘要】:空間飛輪機(jī)構(gòu)混合陶瓷球軸承的動(dòng)態(tài)摩擦力矩易受寬溫域環(huán)境影響而產(chǎn)生波動(dòng),分析了溫度引起軸承動(dòng)態(tài)摩擦力矩波動(dòng)的原因及過程,研究了軸承在工作溫度范圍內(nèi)摩擦力矩的變化趨勢(shì),通過飛輪機(jī)構(gòu)的熱真空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)可知:當(dāng)工作溫度降至-20℃時(shí),軸承的摩擦力矩值較20℃時(shí)提高33.3%~50.0%;當(dāng)工作溫度升高至60℃時(shí),軸承的摩擦力矩值較20℃時(shí)降低25%。
[Abstract]:The dynamic friction torque of hybrid ceramic ball bearing of space flywheel mechanism is easy to fluctuate due to the wide temperature range. The cause and process of dynamic friction torque fluctuation caused by temperature are analyzed. The variation trend of friction torque in the working temperature range of bearing is studied.
