基于油液監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的磨損狀態(tài)評(píng)定系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:自上世紀(jì)九十年代,油液監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)被用于裝甲裝備的技術(shù)狀態(tài)監(jiān)控,標(biāo)志著裝甲裝備的維修方式從傳統(tǒng)的預(yù)防維修向著視情維修轉(zhuǎn)變。該項(xiàng)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,有效減少了裝備故障停機(jī)損失,提高了設(shè)備完好率水平,降低了維修成本,,為部隊(duì)作戰(zhàn)和訓(xùn)練任務(wù)的順利完成提供了保障。 本文結(jié)合北京特種車輛研究所十二五預(yù)研項(xiàng)目——“變速傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)故障監(jiān)測(cè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”,研究了基于油液監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的磨損狀態(tài)評(píng)定系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),搭建了基于MFC(Microsoft Foundation Classes,微軟基礎(chǔ)類庫(kù))單文檔模式的系統(tǒng)框架,并探討了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 本文的主要研究工作為: (1)分析了磨損狀態(tài)評(píng)定的相關(guān)算法,以Visual C++6.0為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),開(kāi)發(fā)了一套磨損狀態(tài)評(píng)定系統(tǒng)。 (2)利用Microsoft SQL Server2000創(chuàng)建了該評(píng)定系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),操作簡(jiǎn)單、方便。使用者只需要在SQL Server企業(yè)管理器組件中創(chuàng)建名稱為ExpertSystem的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),其創(chuàng)建過(guò)程與新建指定名稱的文件夾一樣容易。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中數(shù)據(jù)表格的創(chuàng)建及維護(hù)工作將通過(guò)ADO(AxtiveX Data Objects,ActiveX數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)象)技術(shù)自動(dòng)完成。 (3)與傳統(tǒng)的登錄窗口相比,除了帳號(hào)和密碼之外,還設(shè)置了三種登錄身份,分別為:管理員、專家和用戶。以不同的身份登錄,具有不同的使用權(quán)限。 (4)在系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,使用以下混合編程技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)預(yù)定功能——利用VC與Excel混合編程讀取SPSS因子分析結(jié)果、利用VC與MATCOM混合編程獲取基于投影尋蹤的最佳投影向量、利用VC調(diào)用MATLAB Engine庫(kù)計(jì)算基于最大熵的評(píng)定閾值及利用VC與Word混合編程實(shí)現(xiàn)評(píng)定規(guī)則制定報(bào)告和評(píng)定結(jié)果報(bào)告的輸出。 系統(tǒng)具有界面友好、操作簡(jiǎn)單、執(zhí)行效率高等特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),系統(tǒng)的成功研制為后續(xù)故障診斷功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since -10s, oil monitoring technology has been used to monitor the technical status of armored equipment, marking a shift from traditional preventive maintenance to situational maintenance. It can effectively reduce the equipment downtime loss, improve the level of the equipment integrity rate, reduce the maintenance cost, and provide the guarantee for the successful completion of the combat and training tasks of the troops. In this paper, the development technology of wear condition assessment system based on oil monitoring technology is studied in combination with Beijing Special vehicle Research Institute's 12th Five-Year Plan Research Project, "Research on key Technologies for Fault Monitoring of Transmission system with variable Speed". The system framework of single document schema based on MFC(Microsoft Foundation Classes (Microsoft basic Class Library) is built, and the key technology of system implementation is discussed. The main research work of this paper is as follows:. 1) the related algorithms of wear state evaluation are analyzed, and a set of wear state evaluation system is developed on the platform of Visual C 6.0. The database of the evaluation system is created by using Microsoft SQL Server2000, which is simple and convenient. The user only needs to create the database named ExpertSystem in the SQL Server enterprise manager component. The creation process is as easy as creating a new folder with a specified name. The creation and maintenance of data tables in the database will be done automatically through ADO(AxtiveX Data objects ActiveX data object technology. Compared with the traditional login window, in addition to the account number and password, there are also three login identities: administrator, expert and user. 4) in the process of system development, the following hybrid programming techniques are used to realize the predefined function of the system: the mixed programming of VC and Excel is used to read the results of SPSS factor analysis, and the best projection vector based on projection pursuit is obtained by using the mixed programming of VC and MATCOM. The evaluation threshold based on maximum entropy is calculated by calling MATLAB Engine library by VC and the output of evaluation rule and evaluation result report is realized by mixed programming of VC and Word. The system has the advantages of friendly interface, simple operation and high execution efficiency. At the same time, the successful development of the system lays a foundation for the realization of the function of subsequent fault diagnosis.
