【摘要】:減速器試驗臺是對減速器的各種性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行綜合測試的試驗設(shè)備?梢酝ㄟ^一系列試驗來檢驗減速器設(shè)計的合理性,以及其加工、制造、裝配和調(diào)試的可靠性。此外,對試驗結(jié)果的深入分析有助于評定減速器的綜合機械性能,同時也為工程設(shè)計人員提供實踐的參考資料和設(shè)計依據(jù)。如今基于行星輪系的大功率試驗臺廣泛應(yīng)用在汽車、輪船、工程機械、航空航天以及軍事裝備中,應(yīng)用前景非常廣泛,但目前國內(nèi)使用的各種減速器試驗臺普遍存在拆裝較麻煩、能量消耗較大、變載加載方式繁瑣、軟件功能不完善等問題。 本文重點研究了大速比混合輪系減速器的試驗裝置。針對大速比混合輪系減速器的特點,討論了減速器試驗臺結(jié)構(gòu)搭建方案,開發(fā)設(shè)計出了一種箱形封閉功率流式減速器試驗裝置,詳細(xì)介紹了減速器傳動方式和位置布局,減速器試驗臺的三維實體模型的裝配和分析;并對減速器試驗臺中的關(guān)鍵傳動部件進(jìn)行了基于ANSYS的靜力分析,驗證了關(guān)鍵傳動部件設(shè)計的可靠性;討論了減速器試驗臺控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案,開發(fā)設(shè)計出了減速器試驗臺測控系統(tǒng)軟件,詳細(xì)介紹了PC上位機主控軟件的界面編程,PC上位機與PLC等設(shè)備的串口通信協(xié)議,并說明了程控磁粉加載器的電路設(shè)計方法。 本文利用基于Visual C++的開發(fā)平臺設(shè)計出減速器試驗臺的主控軟件,PC上位機通過串口通信控制電機調(diào)速系統(tǒng)、程控磁粉加載器以及數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),可實現(xiàn)減速器的轉(zhuǎn)矩轉(zhuǎn)速實時顯示、電機自動調(diào)速、負(fù)載自動加載、數(shù)據(jù)自動采集和自動生成數(shù)據(jù)報表等功能,能方便可靠地完成各項減速器的基本試驗,且具有拆裝較方便、能量消耗較小、傳動功率損失較少、軟件功能完善等優(yōu)點,對減速器的綜合性能測試有很大幫助。
[Abstract]:The reducer test bench is a test equipment for comprehensive testing of the various performance parameters of the reducer. A series of tests can be used to verify the reasonableness of the reducer's design and the reliability of its processing, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning. The in-depth analysis of the test results is helpful to evaluate the comprehensive mechanical properties of the reducer, and also to provide engineering designers with practical reference materials and design gate.Now, the high-power test bed based on planetary gear trains is widely used in automobiles and ships. The application prospect of engineering machinery, aerospace and military equipment is very extensive. However, at present, there are many kinds of reducer test stands in our country, such as more trouble of disassembly and assembly, larger energy consumption, and complicated loading mode of variable load. The software function is not perfect and so on. In this paper, the test equipment of the large speed ratio hybrid gear train reducer is studied. According to the characteristics of the large speed ratio hybrid gear train reducer, the structure of the reducer test bed is discussed. A box closed power flow reducer test device is developed and designed. The transmission mode and position layout of the reducer and the assembly and analysis of the three-dimensional solid model of the reducer test stand are introduced in detail. The design reliability of the key transmission components is verified by static analysis based on ANSYS, and the design scheme of the control system of the reducer test bed is discussed. The software of measuring and controlling system of reducer test-bed is developed and designed. The interface programming of PC master control software and serial port communication protocol between PC and PLC are introduced in detail. The circuit design method of programmable magnetic powder loader is also explained. In this paper, the main control software of the reducer test bed is designed based on Visual C, and the PC control motor speed control system, the program controlled magnetic powder loader and the data acquisition system through serial communication are designed. It can display the torque and speed of the reducer in real time, adjust the speed of the motor automatically, load automatically, collect data automatically and generate the data report automatically. It can accomplish the basic test of the reducer conveniently and reliably, and has the convenience of disassembling and assembling. The advantages of low energy consumption, less power loss and perfect software function are of great help to the comprehensive performance test of the reducer.
