車用液壓機(jī)械無(wú)級(jí)變速器研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,液壓機(jī)械無(wú)級(jí)變速器在工程機(jī)械、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械得到廣泛應(yīng)用。對(duì)液壓機(jī)械無(wú)級(jí)變速器結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理及關(guān)鍵性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,通過(guò)分析其功率輸送方式,推導(dǎo)速比、液壓功率分流比及系統(tǒng)效率計(jì)算公式,并建立速比曲線、功率分流比曲線及效率曲線,發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)效率優(yōu)于純液壓調(diào)速方式并得到負(fù)載調(diào)速方法,最后給出了其在工程機(jī)械與農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用案例。
[Abstract]:With the development of hydraulic transmission technology, hydraulic machinery stepless transmission has been widely used in construction machinery and agricultural machinery. The structure, working principle and key performance parameters of hydraulic machinery stepless transmission have been studied. Through the analysis of its power transmission mode, the formula for calculating the speed ratio, hydraulic power split ratio and system efficiency is derived, and the speed ratio curve, power distribution ratio curve and efficiency curve are established. It is found that the system efficiency is superior to the pure hydraulic speed regulation method and the load speed regulation method is obtained. Finally, the application cases in the field of construction machinery and agricultural machinery are given.
