基于TRIZ理論的潛油減速器傳動(dòng)比取值范圍研究

【摘要】:潛油螺桿泵采油系統(tǒng)能夠抽汲稠油及氣、液、固三項(xiàng)混合液,且具有出油連續(xù)、平穩(wěn),不易砂卡、氣鎖等獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)于稠油、含氣、含砂油的開采具有重要作用,在國(guó)內(nèi)外各油田的開采作業(yè)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,并取得了良好發(fā)展前景和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。為適應(yīng)潛油螺桿泵機(jī)組低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的要求,減速器問題成為研究潛油螺桿泵采油系統(tǒng)性能的關(guān)鍵。由于潛油螺桿泵減速器的傳動(dòng)比取值范圍受到減速器外徑尺寸的影響,,先前的研究方法計(jì)算出潛油行星減速器傳動(dòng)比取值范圍尚不完善,因此本文在明確了潛油行星減速器的功能和性能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)潛油減速器運(yùn)行的惡劣環(huán)境和苛刻的徑向尺寸限制,引入TRIZ理論為傳動(dòng)比取值范圍的計(jì)算提供方法和工具,創(chuàng)新性的利用發(fā)明創(chuàng)造原理解決取值范圍求解問題。 本文首先介紹了潛油螺桿泵采油系統(tǒng)及其減速器的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展和TRIZ理論的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展情況,對(duì)潛油行星減速器的功能和性能需求及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析,進(jìn)而根據(jù)TRIZ理論的物—場(chǎng)關(guān)系模型創(chuàng)建了潛油行星減速器的物—場(chǎng)模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新軟件建立了潛油行星減速器矛盾沖突矩陣,對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的沖突參數(shù)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化定義,運(yùn)用矛盾矩陣系統(tǒng)找尋對(duì)應(yīng)的發(fā)明原理,根據(jù)原理的啟示對(duì)潛油螺桿泵減速器的傳動(dòng)比取值范圍進(jìn)行計(jì)算。通過行星齒輪的傳動(dòng)條件得到了單級(jí)減速器傳動(dòng)比的上限值,運(yùn)用圖解法確定了傳動(dòng)比的下限值,經(jīng)分析計(jì)算最終得到了潛油行星減速器在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中傳動(dòng)比的合理取值范圍,計(jì)算結(jié)果論證了TRIZ理論的可行性和有效性,為確定潛油螺桿泵減速器傳動(dòng)比的取值范圍提供了全新的思維方式,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施有重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The oil recovery system of submersible screw pump is capable of swabbing heavy oil and its mixture of gas, liquid and solid, and has the unique advantages of continuous, stable oil production, not easy to sand card, gas lock, etc., which plays an important role in the production of heavy oil, gas bearing oil and sand containing oil. In order to meet the requirements of low speed operation of submersible screw pump unit, it has been widely used in various oil fields at home and abroad, and has obtained good development prospects and economic benefits. The problem of reducer becomes the key to study the performance of submersible screw pump oil recovery system. Because the transmission ratio of submersible screw pump reducer is affected by the diameter of reducer, The previous research method shows that the range of transmission ratio of submersible planetary reducer is not perfect, so this paper makes clear the function and performance requirement of submersible planetary reducer. In view of the harsh environment and harsh radial size restriction of submersible reducer, TRIZ theory is introduced to provide methods and tools for calculating the range of transmission ratio, and innovative use of the principle of invention and creation is used to solve the problem of calculating the value range. This paper first introduces the development of submersible screw pump oil recovery system and its reducer at home and abroad and the development of TRIZ theory at home and abroad, and analyzes the function, performance requirements and structural design of submersible planetary reducer. Based on the object-field relation model of TRIZ theory, the object-field model of submersible planetary reducer is established. On this basis, the conflict matrix of submersible planetary reducer is established by computer aided innovation software. The conflict parameters in the system are defined standardized, and the corresponding invention principle is found by using the contradiction matrix system. According to the inspiration of principle, the range of transmission ratio of submersible screw pump reducer is calculated. The upper limit value of transmission ratio of single stage reducer is obtained by the transmission condition of planetary gear, and the lower limit value of transmission ratio is determined by graphic method. Through analysis and calculation, the reasonable range of transmission ratio of submersible planetary reducer in actual operation is obtained. The calculation results demonstrate the feasibility and validity of TRIZ theory. It provides a new mode of thinking for determining the range of transmission ratio of submersible screw pump reducer, and has important theoretical guiding significance for the implementation of engineering projects.
