基于環(huán)境資源因子的產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)模塊劃分方法

【摘要】:產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)能夠根據(jù)用戶(hù)的個(gè)性化需求,利用模塊化的零部件快速衍生出不同產(chǎn)品.通過(guò)分析基于環(huán)境資源因子的產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)模塊劃分方法,將綠色理念貫穿產(chǎn)品全生命周期過(guò)程中,提出基于環(huán)境資源屬性的產(chǎn)品集成信息模型.通過(guò)引入環(huán)境資源因子和零部件關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣,分別建立了基于環(huán)境資源因子的綠色度目標(biāo)函數(shù)和基于零部件關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣的聚合度目標(biāo)函數(shù);提出一種改進(jìn)的免疫克隆多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化算法,對(duì)二進(jìn)制基因?qū)M(jìn)行變異與跟蹤,在克隆選擇中篩選出滿(mǎn)足環(huán)境資源屬性的非支配抗體,對(duì)產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)的模塊化分問(wèn)題進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化求解,構(gòu)建出能夠量化評(píng)估產(chǎn)品的環(huán)境資源屬性的產(chǎn)品平臺(tái),從而在滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品功能需求的同時(shí)提高了產(chǎn)品對(duì)環(huán)境的友好性.最后以采煤機(jī)為應(yīng)用實(shí)例,通過(guò)與其他算法的對(duì)比以及與綠色影響程度的分析評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證.
[Abstract]:The product platform can quickly derive different products according to the individual needs of the user and the modular parts. By analyzing the method of module partition of the product platform based on the environmental resource factor, This paper puts forward a product integration information model based on environmental resources attributes through the whole product life cycle of green concept. By introducing environmental resource factor and component correlation matrix, The green degree objective function based on environmental resource factor and the aggregation degree objective function based on component correlation matrix are established, and an improved immune clone multi-objective optimization algorithm is proposed to mutate and track binary gene pairs. In the selection of clones, the non-dominant antibodies that satisfy the attributes of environmental resources are selected, and the modular sub-problem of product platform is solved by multi-objective optimization, and a product platform that can quantitatively evaluate the attributes of environmental resources of products is constructed. Finally, the method is verified by comparing with other algorithms and analyzing and evaluating the degree of green influence.
