復(fù)合軌跡平面回轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)篩機(jī)構(gòu)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:與傳統(tǒng)的平面回轉(zhuǎn)篩相比,復(fù)合軌跡平面回轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)篩具有功耗低、篩體運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡復(fù)雜、篩理效率高、清理效果好、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因而被廣泛應(yīng)用于糧油、醫(yī)藥、化工等行業(yè),用于完成顆粒物料的分級(jí)等作業(yè)。目前所使用的平面回轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)篩出料端含有彈性限位器,增加了整體機(jī)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性,使得設(shè)備在篩分工程中出現(xiàn)物料跑偏、受力不平衡且振動(dòng)軌跡不靈活等現(xiàn)象,降低了篩分效率并致使篩格磨損不均勻,縮短了篩格的使用壽命。 針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,首先,本文從研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),提出無(wú)機(jī)械約束的復(fù)合軌跡平面回轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)篩機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)思想、目的及意義。之后,由于目前國(guó)內(nèi)尚無(wú)關(guān)于玻璃鋼桿楊氏模量及材料損耗因子的研究,,而楊氏模量和材料損耗因子是兩個(gè)極為重要的動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù),因而本文以平面回轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)篩普遍采用的玻璃鋼桿為對(duì)象,試圖通過(guò)對(duì)比法,即實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果和數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果相對(duì)比,得到玻璃鋼桿的楊氏模量和損耗因子,為工程設(shè)計(jì)提供參數(shù)。最后,本文建立平面回轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)篩虛擬樣機(jī)模型,進(jìn)行穩(wěn)態(tài)機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,研究偏重塊在篩體上的位置與篩體振動(dòng)軌跡的關(guān)系,得到在不同吊掛長(zhǎng)度、不同吊掛根數(shù)等工藝組合下篩體上不同點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡圖譜,在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中,可根據(jù)加工工藝要求選取合適的工藝軌跡,進(jìn)而確定偏重塊的位置;而后進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,研究吊桿長(zhǎng)度和根數(shù)對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)瞬態(tài)特性的影響,從而找到合適的吊桿長(zhǎng)度和根數(shù)的組合。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional planar rotary screen, the compound trajectory plane rotary vibrating screen has the advantages of low power consumption, complex motion trajectory of the screen body, high screen efficiency, good cleaning effect and smooth operation, so it is widely used in grain, oil, medicine, etc. In chemical industry and other industries, it is used to finish the classification of granular materials. The discharge end of the plane rotary vibrating screen used at present contains elastic limiter, which increases the complexity of the whole mechanism and makes the equipment deviate from the material in the screening project. Such phenomena as unbalanced force and inflexible vibration track reduce the screening efficiency and lead to uneven wear and tear of the screen and shorten the service life of the screen. In view of the above problems, first of all, from the point of view of the present research situation, this paper puts forward the design idea, purpose and significance of the compound trajectory plane rotary vibrating screen mechanism without mechanical constraints. At present, there is no research on Young's modulus and material loss factor of FRP rod, and Young's modulus and material loss factor are two very important kinetic parameters. In this paper, the FRP rod, which is widely used in the plane rotary vibrating screen, is taken as the object. By comparing the experimental results with the numerical simulation results, the Young's modulus and the loss factor of the FRP rod are obtained. Finally, the virtual prototype model of plane rotary vibrating screen is established, the dynamic analysis of steady state mechanism is carried out, and the relationship between the position of the partial weight block on the screen body and the vibration track of the screen body is studied, and the different hanging lengths are obtained. In the practical engineering application, according to the requirements of processing technology, we can select the appropriate process trajectory, and then determine the position of the partial weight block, and then carry out transient dynamic analysis, under the different hanging root number and other process combinations, the motion trajectory map of different points on the screen body can be selected according to the requirements of the processing technology. The influence of the length and number of suspenders on the transient characteristics of the mechanism is studied, and an appropriate combination of the length and number of suspenders is found.
