基于光干涉技術(shù)的薄膜潤滑特性研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代機械工藝的迅速發(fā)展,許多精密儀器及工作于特定工況下的摩擦副間的油膜厚度已經(jīng)減小至納米量級,潤滑狀態(tài)處于薄膜潤滑,如何在如此微小的間隙之間保證充分的潤滑對于減少磨損、延長設備壽命和提高工作可靠性等方面具有重要的實踐意義,目前對于薄膜潤滑狀態(tài)的理論特性及工作機理的研究工作仍需完善。 本文以光干涉法相對光強原理為基礎,結(jié)合薄膜潤滑機理的現(xiàn)有研究成果,研制了光干涉法納米級潤滑膜厚測量儀,該測量儀分辨率高,工作穩(wěn)定可靠,能夠用來針對低速、輕載工況下點接觸式純滑動潤滑摩擦副間的薄膜潤滑特性開展實驗研究。研究了該測量儀的相關(guān)實驗規(guī)范和實驗步驟,對下一步實驗的開展具有指導意義。 本文在低速、輕載工況下,針對載荷、速度、潤滑劑粘度及接觸表面粗糙度等因素對點接觸薄膜潤滑狀態(tài)下油膜厚度的影響進行了實驗分析,實驗結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),Hamrock-Dowson理論公式的適用范圍有一定限度,低速、膜厚較小時實測膜厚值與理論公式曲線的偏離較大,隨著速度增加、膜厚增大實測膜厚值與理論公式曲線趨于吻合;油膜厚度隨載荷的增大而減小,隨速度、潤滑劑粘度及接觸表面粗糙度的增大而增大;實測膜厚值與理論公式曲線趨于吻合的過渡值受載荷、速度和潤滑劑粘度的影響較大,受接觸表面粗糙度的影響較小。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern mechanical technology, the thickness of oil film between many precision instruments and friction pairs working in specific working conditions has been reduced to nanometer order of magnitude, and the lubricating state is in thin film lubrication. How to ensure sufficient lubrication between such small gaps is of great practical significance in reducing wear, prolonging equipment life and improving working reliability, etc. At present, the theoretical characteristics and working mechanism of film lubrication still need to be improved. Based on the principle of relative light intensity of optical interferometry and the existing research results of film lubrication mechanism, a nanometer lubricant film thickness measuring instrument for optical interferometry is developed. The instrument has the advantages of high resolution, stable and reliable operation, and can be used for low speed lubrication. The film lubrication characteristics of point contact pure sliding lubricating friction pairs under light load conditions are studied experimentally. The relevant experimental specifications and experimental steps of the measuring instrument are studied, which is of guiding significance for the next step of the experiment. In this paper, the effects of load, speed, lubricant viscosity and contact surface roughness on the oil film thickness under the condition of low speed and light load are analyzed experimentally. The experimental results show that the application range of Hamrock-Dowson 's theoretical formula is limited, and the deviation between the measured film thickness and the theoretical formula curve is larger when the film thickness is small. With the increase of the velocity, the measured film thickness value tends to coincide with the theoretical formula curve. The thickness of oil film decreases with the increase of load, increases with the increase of velocity, viscosity of lubricant and roughness of contact surface, and the transition value of measured film thickness tends to coincide with the curve of theoretical formula is greatly affected by load, velocity and viscosity of lubricant. It is less affected by the roughness of contact surface.
