PV值對(duì)尼龍PA66滾動(dòng)摩擦阻力的影響

【摘要】:利用自行設(shè)計(jì)的滾動(dòng)摩擦試驗(yàn)臺(tái),考察了PA66-HT200輪軌副在不同載荷、速度下的滾動(dòng)摩擦阻力和滾動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù),分析了滾動(dòng)摩擦機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:隨速度增加,滾動(dòng)摩擦阻力和滾動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)均增大;隨載荷增加,滾動(dòng)摩擦阻力增大,滾動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)減小;隨PV值的增加,滾動(dòng)摩擦阻力幾乎呈線性增長(zhǎng)。理論分析顯示這一現(xiàn)象與PA66的粘彈性密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The rolling friction resistance and coefficient of rolling friction of PA66-HT200 wheel-rail pairs under different loads and speeds are investigated by using a self-designed rolling friction test rig. The mechanism of rolling friction is analyzed. The results show that the friction mechanism increases with the increase of velocity. Both rolling friction resistance and rolling friction coefficient increase; with the increase of load, rolling friction resistance increases and rolling friction coefficient decreases; with the increase of PV value, The theoretical analysis shows that this phenomenon is closely related to the viscoelasticity of PA66.
