基于勵(lì)磁設(shè)備的PIS設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng),市場(chǎng)對(duì)外開放的逐步實(shí)現(xiàn),國(guó)內(nèi)的各種行業(yè)開始走向世界,與國(guó)外同行進(jìn)行激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)的如一流企業(yè)海爾、聯(lián)想等開始在世界舞臺(tái)上占有一席之地,聯(lián)想筆記本更是獲得了IF、紅點(diǎn)等國(guó)際大獎(jiǎng),成為引領(lǐng)中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)崛起的龍頭企業(yè);诂F(xiàn)階段的國(guó)內(nèi)外行駛,工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)為國(guó)內(nèi)越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)所關(guān)注,并且逐步被引入到企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)之中,勵(lì)磁設(shè)備行業(yè)也是如此。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的過(guò)渡,國(guó)內(nèi)的勵(lì)磁設(shè)備也開始在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上呈現(xiàn)良好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。但是,中國(guó)制造企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)主要集中在發(fā)展中國(guó)家,處于市場(chǎng)的中低端,在高端市場(chǎng)的占有率依舊不敵國(guó)際一流品牌。在這種情況下,通過(guò)借鑒聯(lián)想、海爾等一流家電企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),國(guó)內(nèi)的勵(lì)磁設(shè)備制造企業(yè)也應(yīng)著手打造自身特有的品牌形象和產(chǎn)品識(shí)別系統(tǒng),以求在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得發(fā)展。 勵(lì)磁設(shè)備制造企業(yè)屬于生產(chǎn)企業(yè),因此產(chǎn)品才是企業(yè)的核心。在同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重的市場(chǎng)中,產(chǎn)品識(shí)別是企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵。產(chǎn)品識(shí)別系統(tǒng)——PIS(Production Identity System)是CIS的延伸,是企業(yè)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的一部分。CIS是以企業(yè)總體形象為目標(biāo),而PIS則是其細(xì)化部分。產(chǎn)品不僅作為商品,更是企業(yè)的文化載體。它能夠直接、準(zhǔn)確地將企業(yè)文化傳達(dá)給客戶,慢慢將產(chǎn)品從物質(zhì)層次的視覺(jué)形象上升到非物質(zhì)層次的精神形象。勵(lì)磁設(shè)備不同于日常生活中的商品,它是針對(duì)專業(yè)化市場(chǎng),具有特殊的用戶群,自身特點(diǎn)和要求明顯,因此,勵(lì)磁設(shè)備的產(chǎn)品識(shí)別也需要有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了勵(lì)磁設(shè)備的行業(yè)特色、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn),然后對(duì)產(chǎn)品識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的一些基礎(chǔ)理論以及相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行闡述,最后重點(diǎn)分析了勵(lì)磁設(shè)備的產(chǎn)品識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的建立和實(shí)施。并針對(duì)勵(lì)磁設(shè)備的各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行討論,總結(jié)出此類產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的著重點(diǎn),并應(yīng)用相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,用項(xiàng)目案例支持理論,為產(chǎn)品識(shí)別系統(tǒng)提供一套可以實(shí)際操作的程序,和具有較高參考價(jià)值的實(shí)踐案例。
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of China's economic strength and the gradual realization of market opening to the outside world, various domestic industries are beginning to move towards the world and compete intensely with their counterparts abroad. In recent years, domestic enterprises such as Haier, a first-class enterprise, Lenovo and others began to occupy a place on the world stage, Lenovo notebooks even won international awards such as IFand Red Dot, and became the leading enterprises leading the rise of China's design. Based on the current driving at home and abroad, Industrial design has been paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises in our country, and has been gradually introduced into the new product development and design of enterprises, so is the excitation equipment industry. With the transition of economic crisis, Domestic excitation equipment is also beginning to show a good momentum of development in the international market. However, the market of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is mainly concentrated in developing countries and is at the middle and low end of the market. In the high-end market, the market share is still no match for the international first-class brands. In this case, through the experience of Lenovo, Haier and other first-class home appliance enterprises, Domestic excitation equipment manufacturers should also start to create their own unique brand image and product identification system in order to get development in the fierce competition. The excitation equipment manufacturing enterprise belongs to the production enterprise, so the product is the core of the enterprise. In the homogeneous market, product identification is the key of the enterprise. The product identification system is the extension of CIS. Cis is a part of the enterprise identification system. Cis is aimed at the overall image of the enterprise, while PIS is the detailed part. The product is not only a commodity, but also a carrier of corporate culture. It can directly and accurately communicate the corporate culture to the customer. Slowly raise the product from the visual image of material level to the spiritual image of non-material level. Excitation equipment is different from the commodity in daily life, it is aimed at the specialized market, has a special group of users, its own characteristics and requirements are obvious, therefore, The product identification of excitation equipment also needs to be targeted. In this paper, the industry characteristics and product characteristics of excitation equipment are briefly introduced, and then some basic theories and related concepts of product identification system are expounded. Finally, the establishment and implementation of the excitation equipment product identification system are analyzed, and the design details of the excitation equipment are discussed, and the key points in the design of the excitation equipment are summarized, and the corresponding design methods are used to carry out the practice. The project case support theory is used to provide a set of practical procedure for the product identification system and a practical case with high reference value.
