復(fù)合材料薄壁軸轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的有限元分析

【摘要】:采用有限元軟件ANSYS建立了復(fù)合材料薄壁軸的有限元模型,通過模態(tài)分析得到系統(tǒng)的固有頻率和臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,將結(jié)果與相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,說明了模型的正確性。然后建立了包含軸承、轉(zhuǎn)盤在內(nèi)的復(fù)合材料薄壁軸轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的有限元模型,研究了轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性。討論了復(fù)合材料鋪層角度、鋪層順序、長徑比、軸承剛度和轉(zhuǎn)盤安裝位置等因素對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)固有頻率和臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的影響,隨后分析了轉(zhuǎn)盤質(zhì)量、轉(zhuǎn)盤安裝位置、軸承剛度和軸承阻尼對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)不平衡響應(yīng)的影響。該分析方法為復(fù)合材料薄壁軸轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)研究與設(shè)計(jì),提供一種可供選擇的分析方法。
[Abstract]:A finite element model of composite thin-walled shaft by finite element software ANSYS are obtained through modal analysis, the natural frequency of the system and the critical speed, the results were compared with the relevant results, demonstrates the validity of the model. And then built a bearing, finite element rotating composite thin-walled in shaft rotor system model, study the dynamics characteristics of rotor system are discussed. The composite ply angle, stacking sequence, length diameter ratio, bearing stiffness and wheel installation position and other factors on the rotor natural frequency and the critical speed of the impact, then analyzes the quality of turntable, turntable position, bearing stiffness and damping of the bearing the unbalance response of the rotor system. The influence of the analysis method for the research and design of dynamic composite thin shaft rotor system, providing an alternative analysis method.
