改進(jìn)的Hilbert曲線在FDM路徑規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:熔融沉積成型的掃描過(guò)程是實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域的填充,因此成型的效率和制件的精度將直接受到掃描路徑的影響。所以在分析已有的掃描方式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于網(wǎng)格法的Hilbert曲線的路徑掃描方法對(duì)復(fù)雜曲面進(jìn)行成型規(guī)劃,根據(jù)Hilbert曲線和Hamilton回路的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合待掃描層面的特征進(jìn)行掃描路徑的軌跡規(guī)劃,保證了其掃描質(zhì)量,生成了連續(xù)的掃描路徑。采用網(wǎng)格法對(duì)交點(diǎn)進(jìn)行求取,最終得出掃描軌跡。該方法可生成連續(xù)的掃描軌跡,大大縮減了掃描路徑形成時(shí)間,提高了整體的加工效率,既滿足了制件的精度要求又能生成成型效率高的掃描軌跡。
[Abstract]:The scanning process of melt deposition molding is to realize the filling of the region, so the efficiency of the forming and the precision of the parts will be directly affected by the scanning path. The path scanning method of Hilbert curve based on grid method is proposed to plan the complex surface. According to the characteristics of Hilbert curve and Hamilton loop, the path planning of scanning path is carried out according to the characteristics of Hilbert curve and Hamilton loop, and the scanning quality is ensured. The continuous scanning path is generated. The intersection point is obtained by grid method, and the scanning trajectory is finally obtained. This method can generate continuous scanning path, greatly reduce the time of scanning path formation, and improve the overall processing efficiency. It not only meets the precision requirement of the parts, but also generates the scanning track with high forming efficiency.
