【摘要】:依據(jù)2010年頒布的最新版中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《人民幣鑒別儀通用技術(shù)條件》GB16999-2010,為使點(diǎn)驗(yàn)鈔機(jī)達(dá)到A級(jí)性能指標(biāo),要求點(diǎn)驗(yàn)鈔機(jī)必須具備紙幣冠字號(hào)識(shí)別功能。由此可見,紙幣冠字號(hào)采集模塊已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)重要的研究項(xiàng)目。針對(duì)此問(wèn)題,,本文以出鈔速度為每秒20張的A類點(diǎn)鈔機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,在其中嵌入紙幣冠字號(hào)采集和識(shí)別模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)在點(diǎn)鈔驗(yàn)鈔的同時(shí)識(shí)別出紙幣冠字號(hào)。 本文在A類點(diǎn)鈔機(jī)中嵌入主要基于數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)和復(fù)雜可編程邏輯器件(CPLD)的點(diǎn)鈔機(jī)人民幣紙幣冠字號(hào)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)是在點(diǎn)鈔機(jī)傳送機(jī)構(gòu)的傳送下,紙幣通過(guò)上下對(duì)稱的兩個(gè)接觸式圖像傳感器和測(cè)量電路成像,在圖像處理專用高頻處理器DSP內(nèi),通過(guò)自編軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)圖像中紙幣和冠字號(hào)的定位,在下一張紙幣到來(lái)之前完成冠字號(hào)的采集與識(shí)別,點(diǎn)鈔機(jī)運(yùn)行結(jié)束時(shí),可以在顯示屏上顯示出每一張紙幣的冠字號(hào),不需要外接計(jì)算機(jī)。本論文的特點(diǎn)是可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高速、高分辨率的紙幣采集,并且具有可見光、紅外光和紫外光的采集圖像。實(shí)際運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,裝置能夠?qū)崟r(shí)完整采集到三種光照下的紙幣正反兩面圖像。 本系統(tǒng)主要由紙幣位置檢測(cè)單元、紙幣圖像采集單元、紙幣冠字號(hào)識(shí)別單元、冠字號(hào)顯示單元構(gòu)成。其中紙幣位置檢測(cè)單元利用了點(diǎn)鈔機(jī)上的紅外對(duì)管和碼盤信號(hào);紙幣采集單元主要由兩個(gè)上下正對(duì)稱的線陣接觸式圖像傳感器、模擬信號(hào)處理器和數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器組成;數(shù)據(jù)顯示單元通過(guò)串行數(shù)據(jù)總線將識(shí)別后的結(jié)果傳送給ARM,ARM處理數(shù)據(jù)后,控制識(shí)別后的冠字號(hào)顯示在液晶屏上;整個(gè)系統(tǒng)利用CPLD產(chǎn)生時(shí)鐘和時(shí)序信號(hào),保證了系統(tǒng)能夠快速采集和識(shí)別。
[Abstract]:According to the latest People's Republic of China national standard < RMB identification instrument general technical conditions issued in 2010 >GB16999-2010, in order to make the point detector A-level performance index requirements of the point detector must have a banknote crown size identification function. Thus, notes the crown size acquisition module has become an important research project. Aiming at this problem, this paper takes a note a speed of 20 frames per second currency-counting machine as the research object, in which the embedded banknotes crown size acquisition and recognition module, realize the identification of banknotes in the banknote counting crown size at the same time.
This paper mainly embedded in a currency-counting machine based on digital signal processor (DSP) and complex programmable logic device (CPLD) of the currency-counting machine RMB banknote crown size recognition system. This system is in a conveyor mechanism currency-counting machine under the bill through an asymmetric two contact image sensor and measuring circuit in imaging. Image processing of special high frequency processor DSP, the software realization of banknotes in Wacom brand image positioning, complete acquisition and recognition of the size of the crown before the next bill arrives, the end of operation currency-counting machine, can be displayed on the crown size of each note, does not need the external features of the computer. This can be achieved with high speed, high resolution and money collection, with a visible light image, infrared light and ultraviolet light. The actual operation results show that the device can complete real-time acquisition of three The paper money under the light is both positive and negative.
This system is mainly composed of banknote position detecting unit of banknote image acquisition unit, notes the crown font recognition unit, a display unit of the crown size. Note the position detection unit using the currency-counting machine on the infrared tube and the encoder signal acquisition unit consists of two notes; on a symmetrical array contact image sensor, simulation signal processor and digital signal processor; data display unit through the serial data bus will identify the results sent to the ARM, ARM data processing, control the crown size after recognition and displayed on the LCD screen; the whole system using CPLD clock and timing signal, to ensure that the system can fast acquisition and recognition.
