【摘要】:CHC型少齒差減速器是一種新型齒輪傳動(dòng)裝置,具有傳動(dòng)比大、承載能力大、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、質(zhì)量輕、傳動(dòng)效率高等諸多特點(diǎn),可廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、起重運(yùn)輸、建筑機(jī)械、港口船舶等各大工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。 CHC型少齒差減速器設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算目前尚無(wú)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。由于缺乏可靠的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算依據(jù),致使少齒差傳動(dòng)相關(guān)零件參數(shù)選擇不合理,存在功率富裕、關(guān)鍵零件易失效等問(wèn)題。另外,CHC型少齒差減速器為系列化產(chǎn)品,不同的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格在結(jié)構(gòu)上相似度較高,其設(shè)計(jì)存在重復(fù)性。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,本文的主要目的是建立合理的少齒差傳動(dòng)力學(xué)模型并進(jìn)行相關(guān)的受力分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出少齒差傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,合理運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)零件圖和裝配圖自動(dòng)繪制,開(kāi)發(fā)CHC型少齒差減速器CAD系統(tǒng),滿(mǎn)足產(chǎn)品系列化的要求。 在建立少齒差傳動(dòng)力學(xué)模型基礎(chǔ)上,以少齒差傳動(dòng)及關(guān)鍵零件的設(shè)計(jì)為例闡述采用VB編程開(kāi)發(fā)CAD設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算模塊,運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)方法將各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程程序化。運(yùn)用VB自帶的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的操作建立零件信息庫(kù)并保存設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果,利用VB的文本文件的讀寫(xiě)操作生成詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū)。參數(shù)化繪圖系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用VB編程采用ActiveX技術(shù)從外部操作AutoCAD的系統(tǒng)對(duì)象實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)化繪圖,在利用開(kāi)發(fā)的底層函數(shù)下,讀取零件信息庫(kù)中參數(shù)實(shí)行零件圖的自動(dòng)化繪制,并結(jié)合ObjectDBX技術(shù)和對(duì)象的擴(kuò)展詞典下實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配圖的自動(dòng)繪制。通過(guò)零件信息庫(kù)從設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算部分到參數(shù)化繪圖部分傳遞設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)信息,按照文件執(zhí)行順序調(diào)用程序接口將各部分有效連接起來(lái),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和參數(shù)化繪圖一體化。
[Abstract]:CHC reducer with small tooth difference is a new type gear transmission device, which has many characteristics, such as high transmission ratio, large bearing capacity, compact structure, light weight, high transmission efficiency and so on. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, hoisting and transportation, construction machinery, etc. Port ships and other major industrial areas. At present, there is no national standard for the design and calculation of CHC reducer with small tooth difference. Due to the lack of reliable basis for design and calculation, the parameter selection of the parts related to the transmission with less tooth difference is unreasonable and the power is rich. In addition, CHC type reducer with less teeth difference is a series of products. Different product specifications have high structural similarity, and their design is repeatable. The main purpose of this paper is to establish a reasonable dynamic model of small tooth difference transmission and to carry on the related force analysis. On this basis, the design and calculation method of small tooth difference transmission is put forward, and the automatic drawing of parts drawing and assembly drawing is realized by reasonable use of existing development technology. The CAD system of CHC type low tooth differential reducer is developed to meet the requirements of product serialization. On the basis of establishing the dynamic model of small tooth difference transmission, taking the design of small tooth difference transmission and key parts as an example, the design and calculation module of CAD is developed by VB programming. Each design process is programmed by using the method of computer aided design. The part information database is established by the operation of the database provided by VB and the design result is saved. The parameterized drawing system uses VB programming technology to realize parameterized drawing from the system object of external operation of AutoCAD by using VB programming technology, under the use of the bottom function of development, the parametric drawing system uses VB text file reading and writing operation to generate detailed design and calculation instructions, and the parametric drawing system realizes parameterized drawing by using VB programming technology. Read the parameters in the part information database and carry out the automatic drawing of the part drawing. The automatic drawing of assembly drawing is realized under the ObjectDBX technology and the extended dictionary of object, and the design data information is transferred from the design calculation part to the parametric drawing part through the part information base. According to the file execution order, the program interface is called to connect each part effectively, and finally the integration of design calculation and parameterized drawing is realized.
