螺桿壓縮機轉子反向設計與動力學仿真

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)的雙螺桿壓縮機轉子型線的正向設計方法,計算過程繁瑣復雜,且無法預判型線綜合性能的問題,在深入研究嚙合線與轉子型線間關系的基礎上,提出一種反向設計方法:通過設計嚙合線反求獲得陰陽轉子型線。建立反向設計時陰陽轉子的坐標轉換關系,基于嚙合原理推導反向設計陰陽轉子型線的具體過程,分別以幾種典型曲線作為嚙合線段反求陰陽轉子型線方程。在GHH型線的研究基礎上,自行設計了一條嚙合線,反向推導計算出一對陰陽轉子型線進行流體分析并與GHH型線對比,發(fā)現該反向設計轉子型線與GHH型線性能接近。結合實驗結果表明,反向設計方法可有效應用于螺桿轉子型線設計。
[Abstract]:In view of the traditional forward design method of rotor profile of twin-screw compressor, the calculation process is complicated, and the comprehensive performance of the profile line can not be forecasted. On the basis of deeply studying the relationship between meshing line and rotor profile line, In this paper, a reverse design method is put forward: the rotor profile of yin and yang is obtained by reverse design of meshing line, and the coordinate transformation relation of rotor of yin and yang in reverse design is established, and the concrete process of reverse design of profile of rotor of yin and yang is deduced based on the meshing principle. On the basis of the research of GHH profile, a meshing line is designed and a pair of yin-yang rotor profile lines are derived and analyzed by reverse derivation and compared with GHH type lines. It is found that the linear energy of the rotor profile of the reverse design is close to that of the GHH type. The experimental results show that the reverse design method can be effectively applied to the profile design of the screw rotor.
