圓管帶式輸送機多功能實驗臺控制系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)

【摘要】:圓管帶式輸送機具有空間轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑小,輸送線路布置靈活、機架寬度小、輸送傾角大等優(yōu)點,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)與散料輸送領域扮演著重要的角色。由于圓管帶式輸送機的應用較晚,目前,對圓管帶式輸送機的研究較少,因此圓管帶式輸送機實驗臺的研究就顯得尤為重要。東北大學與某企業(yè)共同設計制造了一臺圓管帶式輸送機多功能實驗臺,本文將對圓管帶式輸送機多功能實驗臺的控制系統(tǒng)進行研究。 根據(jù)圓管帶式輸送機多功能實驗臺控制系統(tǒng)設計需求,完成了對實驗臺控制系統(tǒng)的硬件選型。包括對輸送機驅(qū)動裝置的選型,保護裝置的選型,張力檢測裝置的選型,驅(qū)動滾筒軸轉(zhuǎn)矩轉(zhuǎn)速檢測裝置的選型,PLC及相關硬件設備的選型。研究分析了模糊PID自整定控制系統(tǒng)在圓管帶式輸送機實驗臺驅(qū)動裝置上的應用。通過MATLAB模糊工具箱和SIMULINK對所建立的模糊PID自整定控制系統(tǒng)進行了仿真和性能研究,并分析了仿真結果。 在圓管帶式輸送機多功能實驗臺控制系統(tǒng)軟件方面,建立了圓管帶式輸送機多功能實驗臺軟起動、圓管帶式輸送機實驗臺綜合保護、圓管帶式輸送機實驗臺驅(qū)動裝置變頻調(diào)速模糊自整定PID控制程序流程。選用組態(tài)軟件組態(tài)王8.5為上位機監(jiān)控軟件平臺,進行上位機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設計,編寫了圓管帶式輸送機多功能實驗臺的上位機監(jiān)控界面。 通過對圓管帶式輸送機運行時托輥所受運行阻力的分析,為圓管帶式輸送機實驗臺設計了運行阻力測試系統(tǒng)。以USB4716多功能數(shù)據(jù)采集卡為測試系統(tǒng)核心,采集6個托輥上所受的垂直方向上的法向力和水平方向上的切向力,實現(xiàn)托輥受力的多路數(shù)據(jù)采集。上位機以美國國家儀器(NI)公司開發(fā)的LabVIEW8.5軟件為平臺開發(fā)了測試軟件系統(tǒng),該測試軟件系統(tǒng)可同時測試圓管帶式輸送機運行時各托輥所受的切向力和法向力,共12路信號。測試軟件系統(tǒng)具有數(shù)據(jù)采集、波形顯示、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析等功能。
[Abstract]:The circular tube belt conveyor has the advantages of small space turning radius , flexible transmission line arrangement , small frame width , large conveying inclination and the like , plays an important role in the field of industrial production and bulk transportation . Based on the design requirements of the control system of the multi - function experiment table of the round tube belt conveyor , the hardware selection of the control system of the experiment table is completed . The selection of the driving device of the conveyor , the selection of the protection device , the selection of the tension detecting device , the selection of the driving roller shaft torque rotating speed detecting device , the selection of the PLC and the related hardware equipment are analyzed . The simulation and the performance study of the fuzzy PID self - tuning control system established by the fuzzy PID self - tuning control system are researched and analyzed , and the simulation results are analyzed . In the aspect of the control system software of the multi - function test bench of the circular tube belt conveyor , a multi - function test bench soft start of the circular tube belt conveyor , the comprehensive protection of the experiment table of the circular tube belt conveyor , the variable frequency speed regulation fuzzy self - tuning PID control program flow of the driving device of the test bench of the circular tube belt conveyor are established . The configuration software Kingview 8.5 is used as the upper computer monitoring software platform , and the design of the upper computer monitoring system is carried out , and an upper computer monitoring interface of the multifunctional experiment table of the circular pipe belt conveyor is prepared . The running resistance test system is designed for the test bench of the circular pipe belt conveyor by analyzing the running resistance of the idler roller during the operation of the circular pipe belt conveyor . The test system is developed by using the USB 4716 multi - function data acquisition card as the core of the test system . The test software system is developed on the platform of the LabVIEW 8.5 software developed by the American National Instruments ( NI ) company . The test software system can test the tangential force and normal force of each supporting roller during operation of the circular pipe belt conveyor . The test software system has the functions of data acquisition , waveform display , data storage , data statistical analysis and the like .
