【摘要】:圓管帶式輸送機(jī)具有空間轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑小,輸送線路布置靈活、機(jī)架寬度小、輸送傾角大等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)與散料輸送領(lǐng)域扮演著重要的角色。由于圓管帶式輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用較晚,目前,對(duì)圓管帶式輸送機(jī)的研究較少,因此圓管帶式輸送機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的研究就顯得尤為重要。東北大學(xué)與某企業(yè)共同設(shè)計(jì)制造了一臺(tái)圓管帶式輸送機(jī)多功能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),本文將對(duì)圓管帶式輸送機(jī)多功能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究。 根據(jù)圓管帶式輸送機(jī)多功能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)需求,完成了對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件選型。包括對(duì)輸送機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的選型,保護(hù)裝置的選型,張力檢測(cè)裝置的選型,驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒軸轉(zhuǎn)矩轉(zhuǎn)速檢測(cè)裝置的選型,PLC及相關(guān)硬件設(shè)備的選型。研究分析了模糊PID自整定控制系統(tǒng)在圓管帶式輸送機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置上的應(yīng)用。通過(guò)MATLAB模糊工具箱和SIMULINK對(duì)所建立的模糊PID自整定控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了仿真和性能研究,并分析了仿真結(jié)果。 在圓管帶式輸送機(jī)多功能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)控制系統(tǒng)軟件方面,建立了圓管帶式輸送機(jī)多功能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)軟起動(dòng)、圓管帶式輸送機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)綜合保護(hù)、圓管帶式輸送機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置變頻調(diào)速模糊自整定PID控制程序流程。選用組態(tài)軟件組態(tài)王8.5為上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件平臺(tái),進(jìn)行上位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),編寫(xiě)了圓管帶式輸送機(jī)多功能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的上位機(jī)監(jiān)控界面。 通過(guò)對(duì)圓管帶式輸送機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)托輥所受運(yùn)行阻力的分析,為圓管帶式輸送機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)了運(yùn)行阻力測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。以USB4716多功能數(shù)據(jù)采集卡為測(cè)試系統(tǒng)核心,采集6個(gè)托輥上所受的垂直方向上的法向力和水平方向上的切向力,實(shí)現(xiàn)托輥受力的多路數(shù)據(jù)采集。上位機(jī)以美國(guó)國(guó)家儀器(NI)公司開(kāi)發(fā)的LabVIEW8.5軟件為平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)了測(cè)試軟件系統(tǒng),該測(cè)試軟件系統(tǒng)可同時(shí)測(cè)試圓管帶式輸送機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)各托輥所受的切向力和法向力,共12路信號(hào)。測(cè)試軟件系統(tǒng)具有數(shù)據(jù)采集、波形顯示、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等功能。
[Abstract]:The circular tube belt conveyor has the advantages of small space turning radius , flexible transmission line arrangement , small frame width , large conveying inclination and the like , plays an important role in the field of industrial production and bulk transportation . Based on the design requirements of the control system of the multi - function experiment table of the round tube belt conveyor , the hardware selection of the control system of the experiment table is completed . The selection of the driving device of the conveyor , the selection of the protection device , the selection of the tension detecting device , the selection of the driving roller shaft torque rotating speed detecting device , the selection of the PLC and the related hardware equipment are analyzed . The simulation and the performance study of the fuzzy PID self - tuning control system established by the fuzzy PID self - tuning control system are researched and analyzed , and the simulation results are analyzed . In the aspect of the control system software of the multi - function test bench of the circular tube belt conveyor , a multi - function test bench soft start of the circular tube belt conveyor , the comprehensive protection of the experiment table of the circular tube belt conveyor , the variable frequency speed regulation fuzzy self - tuning PID control program flow of the driving device of the test bench of the circular tube belt conveyor are established . The configuration software Kingview 8.5 is used as the upper computer monitoring software platform , and the design of the upper computer monitoring system is carried out , and an upper computer monitoring interface of the multifunctional experiment table of the circular pipe belt conveyor is prepared . The running resistance test system is designed for the test bench of the circular pipe belt conveyor by analyzing the running resistance of the idler roller during the operation of the circular pipe belt conveyor . The test system is developed by using the USB 4716 multi - function data acquisition card as the core of the test system . The test software system is developed on the platform of the LabVIEW 8.5 software developed by the American National Instruments ( NI ) company . The test software system can test the tangential force and normal force of each supporting roller during operation of the circular pipe belt conveyor . The test software system has the functions of data acquisition , waveform display , data storage , data statistical analysis and the like .
