基于動力學(xué)理論起重機水平偏斜載荷性能分析

【摘要】:針對目前規(guī)范對起重機水平偏斜載荷計算沒有考慮起重機運行速度和安裝間隙影響等問題,在動力學(xué)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立起重機動力學(xué)虛擬幾何模型,建立了起重機水平偏斜載荷的計算方法。通過該方法獲得良好的計算結(jié)果,在工況運行速度下結(jié)果和規(guī)范計算具有一致性。并在動力學(xué)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分析運行速度對起重機輪壓和水平偏斜載荷的影響,起重機輪壓值與速度沒有直接的遞增或遞減關(guān)系,起重機運行速度越大或水平輪安裝間隙越小,起重機水平偏斜載荷也越大。通過試驗測試,計算和試驗具有一致行,為工程設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the current code does not take into account the influence of crane speed and installation clearance on the calculation of the horizontal deflection load of the crane, a virtual geometric model of crane dynamics is established on the basis of the dynamic theory. The calculation method of the horizontal deflection load of crane is established. The good results are obtained by this method, and the results are consistent with the standard calculation under the operating condition speed, and on the basis of dynamic analysis, The influence of running speed on crane wheel pressure and horizontal deflection load is analyzed. There is no direct increasing or decreasing relation between crane wheel pressure and speed, and the larger the running speed of crane is or the smaller the installation clearance of horizontal wheel is, The higher the horizontal deflection load of crane is, the more consistent the calculation is with the test, which provides a reference for engineering design.
