基于排隊網(wǎng)的FFS設備配置近似優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:定制型裝備制造系統(tǒng)是一種面向訂單的制造系統(tǒng),訂單驅動的方式使得制造系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)過程復雜多變、生產(chǎn)過程中充滿了隨機因素,因此造成了生產(chǎn)不穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)能不匹配、拖期現(xiàn)象嚴重等諸多問題。在制造系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)過程中,生產(chǎn)設備是制造生產(chǎn)過程的核心資源,也是完成制造加工的功能單元,生產(chǎn)設備的配置尤為重要。 本文針對定制型裝備制造企業(yè)的多級柔性流水車間(FFS),以輸出率和平均生產(chǎn)周期為約束條件,最小化制造系統(tǒng)的總投資成本。本文構建了排隊網(wǎng)模型,但鑒于約束條件(輸出率和平均生產(chǎn)周期)無法用決策變量(設備)的封閉形式加以表達,因此,本文通過擴展法近似求解和eM-Plant仿真統(tǒng)計求解的方式,獲得約束條件的數(shù)值。本文主要研究內容如下: 首先,對設備配置問題進行了描述與建模。從現(xiàn)實柔性流水制造系統(tǒng)中,提取產(chǎn)品類型,訂單分布,工藝路徑,工時分布等,構建了基于多級M/M/C/K的排隊網(wǎng)模型和數(shù)學模型。 其次,對性能指標進行近似求解。由于約束條件(輸出率和平均生產(chǎn)周期)無法用決策變量的封閉形式加以表達,本文詳細介紹了擴展法,并在MATLAB(?)不境下開發(fā)了一套求解性能指標的程序,并進行了算例對比以驗證其有效性;其次,在eM-Plant軟件平臺上建立了實驗仿真模型,給出了一組算例用于驗證仿真模型的有效性。 接著,對設備配置問題進行求解。建立了以優(yōu)化阻塞率和以設備采購最低成本的二種啟發(fā)式規(guī)則,針對給出的一個算例,運用擴展法解析計算和仿真統(tǒng)計的方法針對生產(chǎn)設備進行優(yōu)化,通過對比,分析了四組數(shù)據(jù)的特性。 最后,基于上述步驟所獲得的理論研究成果,并結合合作企業(yè)的實際運作特點,自己開發(fā)了用于設備配置優(yōu)化的軟件包。 總之,本文運用排隊網(wǎng)及其相關理論,構建了一個隨機環(huán)境下的多級柔性流水車間設備配置優(yōu)化模型,并給出了相應求解算法。設計、開發(fā)了配套的軟件工具,為企業(yè)的資源配置提供了一種有效的方法。
[Abstract]:The custom-made equipment manufacturing system is an order-oriented manufacturing system. The order-driven mode makes the manufacturing process complex and changeable, and the production process is full of random factors, which results in unstable production and mismatch of production capacity. In the production process of manufacturing system, production equipment is not only the core resource of manufacturing process, but also the functional unit to complete manufacturing process, the configuration of production equipment is particularly important. In this paper, the output rate and average production cycle are taken as constraints to minimize the total investment cost of manufacturing system in the multi-level flexible income workshop of custom-made equipment manufacturing enterprises. A queuing network model is constructed in this paper. However, since the constraint conditions (output rate and average production cycle) cannot be expressed in the closed form of decision variables (equipment), this paper uses the extended method to approximate the solution and the eM-Plant simulation statistical solution. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. Firstly, the problem of equipment configuration is described and modeled, and the queuing network model and mathematical model based on multilevel M / M / C / K are constructed by extracting product type, order distribution, process path and man-hour distribution from the actual flexible income manufacturing system. Secondly, the performance index is approximately solved. Because the constraint conditions (output rate and average production period) can not be expressed in the closed form of decision variables, this paper introduces the extended method in detail, and introduces it in MATLAB? In this paper, a program to solve the performance index is developed, and an example is compared to verify its validity. Secondly, an experimental simulation model is established on the platform of eM-Plant software, and a set of examples are given to verify the validity of the simulation model. Then, the problem of equipment configuration is solved, and two heuristic rules are established to optimize the blocking rate and the lowest cost of purchasing equipment, and an example is given. The extended method is used to analyze the calculation and the simulation statistics are used to optimize the production equipment. Through comparison, the characteristics of four groups of data are analyzed. Finally, based on the theoretical research results obtained by the above steps and the practical operation characteristics of cooperative enterprises, a software package for equipment configuration optimization is developed by ourselves. In a word, using the queuing network and its related theory, this paper constructs a multi-level flexible income workshop equipment configuration optimization model under random environment, and gives the corresponding solution algorithm. It provides an effective method for enterprise resource allocation.
