基于機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的知識表示的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:人類現(xiàn)在正處于信息革命時代,人類社會隨著計算機(jī)應(yīng)用的普及與發(fā)展,逐漸由工業(yè)社會轉(zhuǎn)向信息社會和知識社會。機(jī)械領(lǐng)域與人類生活息息相關(guān),是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱。專家經(jīng)驗在機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的作業(yè)中至關(guān)重要,甚至直接影響作業(yè)結(jié)果的可接受程度。機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的知識繁雜、多樣,具有很強(qiáng)的不確定性以及高度的經(jīng)驗需求。為了提高機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的作業(yè)質(zhì)量和效率,使之能夠適應(yīng)信息時代的快速發(fā)展腳步,將知識工程與機(jī)械領(lǐng)域相融合是一個很必要的選擇。其中,知識工程中的知識表示一直是近年來重點研究的對象,是建立智能系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)和前提。 論文通過對機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的作業(yè)過程及其特點的研究,歸納總結(jié)出機(jī)械領(lǐng)域知識的特點,從而抽取出機(jī)械領(lǐng)域相關(guān)知識進(jìn)行分類分層討論;在研究傳統(tǒng)的知識表示方法的基礎(chǔ)上,針對機(jī)械領(lǐng)域知識特點,提出了可信度、重要度、關(guān)系信度、繼承關(guān)系強(qiáng)度及閾值等概念,并引入數(shù)理邏輯部分算子,以充實機(jī)械領(lǐng)域知識的表示方法,設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的算子公式及閾值算法,初步形成了面向機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的通用知識表示方法。 最后,通過減速器設(shè)計部分知識表示實例對論文設(shè)計的機(jī)械領(lǐng)域知識表示方法進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用驗證。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and development of computer application, human society is gradually changing from industrial society to information society and knowledge society. The field of machinery is closely related to human life. Is the pillar of the national economy. Expert experience is very important in the operation of machinery, and even directly affects the acceptability of the results of the operation. The knowledge in the field of machinery is complicated and diverse. In order to improve the working quality and efficiency in the field of machinery, it can adapt to the rapid development of the information age. It is a necessary choice to combine knowledge engineering with mechanical field. Knowledge representation in knowledge engineering has been the focus of research in recent years, and it is the foundation and premise of establishing intelligent system. Through the study of the working process and its characteristics in the field of machinery, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the knowledge in the field of machinery, and then extracts the related knowledge of the field of machinery for classification and stratification discussion; on the basis of the study of the traditional knowledge representation method, According to the characteristics of mechanical knowledge, the concepts of reliability, importance, relationship reliability, inheritance relationship strength and threshold value are put forward, and some operators of mathematical logic are introduced to enrich the representation method of mechanical domain knowledge. The corresponding operator formula and threshold algorithm are designed, and a general knowledge representation method for the mechanical field is preliminarily formed. Finally, an example of knowledge representation in reducer design is given to verify the application of knowledge representation in mechanical field.
