基于大輪失配的尼龍與鋼制弧齒錐齒輪研究

【摘要】:隨著材料工業(yè)的發(fā)展,新型材料不斷涌現(xiàn),非金屬齒輪的應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛,如汽車上的輔助傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、打印機(jī)、減速器、洗衣機(jī)等都使用了非金屬齒輪。尼龍齒輪與鋼制弧齒錐齒輪的嚙合傳動(dòng),是用尼龍作為大輪材料與金屬小輪嚙合實(shí)現(xiàn)傳遞運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力的傳動(dòng)副。但是非金屬齒輪還沒有統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所以對非金屬齒輪的研究和分析具有很重要的意義。 本文對尼龍齒輪和鋼制弧齒錐齒輪的嚙合傳動(dòng)展開了理論分析和試驗(yàn)探究。根據(jù)齒輪嚙合原理和局部綜合法計(jì)算出齒面方程和加工參數(shù);根據(jù)齒面方程和加工參數(shù),利用三維繪圖軟件SolidWorks及其編程接口API、數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算軟件MATLAB和VB編程軟件等對輪齒進(jìn)行了三維模型的建立;建立齒輪副的有限元模型,根據(jù)尼龍材料的粘彈性,結(jié)合接觸分析理論對齒輪副進(jìn)行接觸分析,得到齒輪傳動(dòng)時(shí)的應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變值,并根據(jù)齒輪嚙合的溫度場理論,對尼龍和鋼制弧齒錐齒輪的嚙合傳動(dòng)進(jìn)行熱分析,,并得到了不同轉(zhuǎn)速和載荷下齒輪溫度的分布情況;最后根據(jù)計(jì)算的加工參數(shù)對弧齒錐齒輪進(jìn)行切齒試驗(yàn),結(jié)合滾檢試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證齒輪加工參數(shù)的正確性,為以后尼龍大輪模具的設(shè)計(jì)和批量注塑成型做好準(zhǔn)備,并對傳動(dòng)噪聲進(jìn)行測試,對比金屬齒輪傳動(dòng),可以得到齒輪傳動(dòng)中引入尼龍齒輪后,傳動(dòng)噪聲明顯降低。
[Abstract]:With the development of material industry, new materials are emerging, and the application of non-metallic gears is becoming more and more extensive, such as auxiliary transmission system, printer, reducer, The washing machine uses non-metal gears, nylon gears and steel spiral bevel gears. Nylon is used as a large wheel material to meshing with metal wheels to transfer motion and power. However, there is no uniform design standard for non-metallic gears, so the research and analysis of non-metallic gears is of great significance. In this paper, theoretical analysis and experimental research on meshing transmission of nylon gear and steel spiral bevel gear are carried out. The tooth surface equation and machining parameters are calculated according to gear meshing principle and local synthesis method, and the tooth surface equation and machining parameters are calculated according to tooth surface equation and machining parameters. Using the 3D drawing software SolidWorks and its programming interface API, the mathematical calculation software MATLAB and VB programming software, the three-dimensional model of the gear tooth is established, and the finite element model of the gear pair is established, according to the viscoelasticity of the nylon material, the finite element model of the gear pair is established. Based on the contact analysis theory, the stress and strain values of gear transmission are obtained. According to the temperature field theory of gear meshing, the meshing transmission of nylon and steel arc bevel gear is analyzed. The distribution of gear temperature under different rotational speed and load is obtained. Finally, the tooth cutting test of arc bevel gear is carried out according to the calculated machining parameters, and the correctness of gear machining parameters is verified by the rolling test. In order to prepare for the design of nylon big wheel mould and the batch injection molding, and to test the transmission noise, compared with the metal gear transmission, the transmission noise can be obviously reduced when nylon gear is introduced into the gear transmission.
