機(jī)械零部件本體構(gòu)建與集成關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著制造業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展,機(jī)械領(lǐng)域本體相關(guān)技術(shù)的研究越來(lái)越受到研究者們的重視。本文依托國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“支持協(xié)同產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的多學(xué)科本體集成方法與評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制”(50875158)、山東科技大學(xué)研究生科技創(chuàng)新基金項(xiàng)目“面向多學(xué)科的機(jī)械領(lǐng)域本體集成技術(shù)研究”(YCA100324),研究機(jī)械領(lǐng)域機(jī)械零部件本體構(gòu)建與集成相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),分析本體技術(shù)在機(jī)械領(lǐng)域中發(fā)揮知識(shí)組織功能的實(shí)用性意義,建立了一種協(xié)同共建機(jī)械領(lǐng)域本體的方法,并依靠實(shí)例給出了整個(gè)構(gòu)建過(guò)程。最后對(duì)協(xié)同本體的集成技術(shù)等相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析和研究。 本文首先分析本體技術(shù)用于機(jī)械領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行知識(shí)組織的可行性及優(yōu)越性,認(rèn)為本體方法是知識(shí)組織的一種極具代表性的方法,通過(guò)分析比較本體與敘詞表在邏輯表達(dá)形式、結(jié)構(gòu)特性、形式化程度三個(gè)方面的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系以及本體與分類表在關(guān)系表達(dá)方式和結(jié)構(gòu)組織兩方面的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系,指出了本體在知識(shí)組織方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)且具有基礎(chǔ)性地位,以及知識(shí)組織向機(jī)器可處理的智能化方向發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。此外,對(duì)本體與語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析與探討。 與傳統(tǒng)構(gòu)建本體的專家分類法不同,本文給出一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同環(huán)境下機(jī)械零部件本體的構(gòu)建方法,采用以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為平臺(tái)的大眾分類法,分析了機(jī)械零部件在網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同環(huán)境下根據(jù)大眾分類法對(duì)零部件進(jìn)行標(biāo)簽編碼,并通過(guò)零部件標(biāo)簽與本體技術(shù)相結(jié)合的方法,利用本體構(gòu)建工具protege建立了一個(gè)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同環(huán)境下能夠較真實(shí)和全面揭示零部件信息特征的本體模型,為機(jī)械產(chǎn)品信息的交流、共享和知識(shí)重用提供了有效支持。 本體協(xié)同的實(shí)現(xiàn)屬于本體集成的一種類型,本文分析了本體集成的相關(guān)技術(shù),采用本體融合的方法對(duì)協(xié)同共建的子本體進(jìn)行了集成研究,通過(guò)實(shí)例實(shí)現(xiàn)了本體的集成。
[Abstract]:With the development of manufacturing informatization, Researchers pay more and more attention to the research of ontology-related technology in mechanical field. This paper relies on the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China "Multidisciplinary Ontology Integration method and Evaluation Mechanism to support Collaborative Product Development" (50875158), Shandong University of Science and Technology (Shandong University of Science and Technology). The Graduate Science and Technology Innovation Foundation Project "Multi-disciplinary Ontology Integration Technology Research in Mechanical Domain" (YCA100324A), the key technologies related to the construction and integration of mechanical parts ontology in mechanical field are studied. This paper analyzes the practical significance of ontology technology in developing the function of knowledge organization in the field of machinery, and establishes a method of building the ontology of mechanical field in cooperation. Finally, the integration technology of collaborative ontology and other related contents are analyzed and studied. This paper first analyzes the feasibility and superiority of ontology technology in the field of mechanical knowledge organization, and considers that ontology method is a very representative method of knowledge organization, and through analyzing and comparing ontology and thesaurus in the form of logical expression. The differences and relations between ontology and classification table in relation expression and structure organization are discussed. It is pointed out that ontology has obvious advantages and basic position in knowledge organization. In addition, the relationship between ontology and semantic web is analyzed and discussed. Different from the traditional expert classification of building ontology, this paper presents a construction method of mechanical parts ontology under the network collaborative environment, and adopts the popular classification method based on the network. This paper analyzes the label coding of mechanical parts according to the common classification method under the collaborative environment of network, and the method of combining part label with ontology technology. An ontology model which can reveal the information characteristics of parts and components in a network collaborative environment is established by using the ontology construction tool protege. It provides an effective support for the exchange, sharing and knowledge reuse of mechanical product information. The realization of ontology collaboration belongs to a type of ontology integration. This paper analyzes the related technologies of ontology integration, and uses the method of ontology fusion to study the integration of the sub-ontology of collaborative cooperation. Finally, the integration of ontology is realized through an example.
