【摘要】：應(yīng)用有限元方法對(duì)某減速器殼體進(jìn)行了模態(tài)計(jì)算和振動(dòng)響應(yīng)計(jì)算,然后基于模態(tài)聲傳遞向量(Model acoustic transfer vector,MATV)技術(shù),計(jì)算得到減速器殼體的輻射聲功率、殼體表面空氣振動(dòng)速度分布、外場(chǎng)聲壓級(jí)分布以及外場(chǎng)場(chǎng)點(diǎn)聲壓級(jí)等聲學(xué)響應(yīng),展示了模態(tài)聲傳遞向量技術(shù)在減速器聲輻射預(yù)測(cè)中的應(yīng)用方法和途徑。通過(guò)對(duì)殼體對(duì)模態(tài)聲學(xué)貢獻(xiàn)量進(jìn)行分析,確定了通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化降低聲輻射的方法。同時(shí),殼體表面空氣振動(dòng)速度分布為粘貼阻尼材料降低減速器殼體聲輻射提供了重要參考。
[Abstract]:The modal calculation and vibration response calculation of a reducer shell are carried out by using finite element method. Based on the modal acoustic transfer vector model acoustic transfer vector MATLAB, the radiated sound power of the reducer shell and the distribution of the air vibration velocity on the surface of the reducer shell are calculated. The acoustic response such as the distribution of sound pressure level in the external field and the sound pressure level at the external field point are demonstrated. The application of modal acoustic transfer vector technology in the prediction of sound radiation of reducer is demonstrated. The contribution of the shell to the modal acoustic is analyzed. At the same time, the velocity distribution of air vibration on the surface of the shell provides an important reference for the damping material to reduce the sound radiation of the reducer shell.
