以性能測試為平臺對離心泵作液力透平的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在成熟的離心泵設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)上,選用優(yōu)秀的離心泵水力模型作為液力透平的水力模型設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)。在研究中,試制了4種不同出口寬度的離心泵葉輪,在5000 m~3、開式A級精度水泵試驗平臺上,采用PSM泵自動檢測系統(tǒng)完成了4種不同出口寬度的葉輪作透平運行測試。研究過程中,依據(jù)測試得出的結(jié)果,提出出口寬度改進方案,不斷優(yōu)化葉輪水力性能,最終得到該型號葉輪最為優(yōu)秀的出口寬度。研究和測試表明,泵反轉(zhuǎn)作透平運行,通過增大葉輪出口寬度能夠提高運行的綜合性能,且在此不斷增大過程中存在一個最優(yōu)的出口寬度,最優(yōu)出口寬度與流量有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of mature centrifugal pump design, the excellent hydraulic model of centrifugal pump is selected as the basis of hydraulic model design of hydraulic turbine. In the research, four kinds of centrifugal pump impellers with different outlet widths are trial-produced. Four kinds of impellers with different outlet widths have been tested by PSM pump automatic testing system on 5000mm3 open A-class precision pump test platform. In the course of the research, according to the test results, the improved scheme of outlet width has been put forward. The best outlet width of the impeller is obtained by continuously optimizing the hydraulic performance of the impeller. The research and test show that the comprehensive performance of the impeller can be improved by increasing the outlet width of the impeller. In the process of increasing, there is an optimal exit width, and the optimal exit width is related to the flow rate.
