基于AMESim的滑移裝載機(jī)工作系統(tǒng)仿真分析與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:滑移裝載機(jī)是一種實(shí)用性很強(qiáng)的小型工程機(jī)械,由于作業(yè)效率高、機(jī)動性能好、功能多樣化而廣泛地應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè)。工作裝置及其液壓系統(tǒng)是滑移裝載機(jī)的重要組成部分,其性能決定了整機(jī)的工作性能,因此研究其具有重要意義。以往的研究多是基于數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行理論分析,對相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了簡化等效,從而不能準(zhǔn)確反映系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際性能。為此,本文結(jié)合校企合作項(xiàng)目,基于仿真軟件準(zhǔn)確建立工作裝置及其液壓系統(tǒng)的仿真模型并結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)測試,進(jìn)而更好地對工作系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行分析研究。 本文首先對滑移裝載機(jī)的相關(guān)情況及其工作裝置進(jìn)行了介紹,詳細(xì)分析了工作液壓系統(tǒng)特別是調(diào)平系統(tǒng)的工作原理,同時對調(diào)平運(yùn)動進(jìn)行了分析計算。在此基礎(chǔ)上,基于AMESim仿真軟件建立了工作液壓系統(tǒng)各元件的模型及系統(tǒng)的模型,同時通過機(jī)構(gòu)庫中元件建立了工作機(jī)構(gòu)的模型,從而更好地體現(xiàn)工作裝置動作過程中的受力情況。通過不同工況的仿真,分析了工作系統(tǒng)的性能。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)與仿真的對比分析,驗(yàn)證了仿真模型的正確性,并分析了負(fù)載、發(fā)動機(jī)等因素對系統(tǒng)性能的影響,進(jìn)而更好地分析了系統(tǒng)的性能。 論文通過對滑移裝載機(jī)工作裝置及其液壓系統(tǒng)的分析,,為滑移裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)提供了可借鑒的方法,同時也可應(yīng)用在其他工程機(jī)械車輛工作系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與改進(jìn)中。
[Abstract]:Slip loader is a kind of small engineering machinery with strong practicability, because of its high working efficiency and good maneuverability. The working device and its hydraulic system are important parts of the slip loader, and its performance determines the working performance of the whole machine. Therefore, it is of great significance to study it. Most of the previous studies are based on mathematical models for theoretical analysis, and the related factors are simplified and equivalent, which can not accurately reflect the actual performance of the system. In this paper, the simulation model of the working device and its hydraulic system is established based on the simulation software, and the performance of the working system is analyzed and studied. This paper first introduces the relevant situation of slip loader and its working device, and analyzes in detail the working principle of hydraulic system, especially the leveling system. At the same time, the flattening motion is analyzed and calculated. On this basis, based on the AMESim simulation software, the model of each component of the hydraulic system and the model of the system are established. At the same time, the model of the working mechanism is established through the components in the mechanism library, so as to better reflect the force situation in the course of the working device action, and through the simulation of different working conditions. The performance of the working system is analyzed. The correctness of the simulation model is verified by comparing the experiment and simulation, and the influence of load, engine and other factors on the performance of the system is analyzed. Furthermore, the performance of the system is analyzed better. Through the analysis of the working device and hydraulic system of the slip loader, the paper provides a reference method for the improvement of the hydraulic system of the slip loader. At the same time, it can also be used in the design and improvement of the working system of other construction machinery vehicles.
