用于亞麻纖維紗線晶變改性系統(tǒng)的集成閥研究

【摘要】:隨著人們生活品質(zhì)的提高,亞麻纖維制成的高檔服裝日益受到消費者的青睞。由于亞麻纖維本身的固有屬性,使得其需要經(jīng)過液氨改性才能變得質(zhì)地光滑,而亞麻纖維紗線晶變改性系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵步驟就是液氨對亞麻纖維的處理。由于亞麻纖維紗線晶變改性系統(tǒng)中承載液氨的管道眾多,大量球閥的運用降低了生產(chǎn)效率,提高了勞動力的成本,也給日常維護帶來不便,更重要的是,閥門每次的開啟都需要人工控制,使整個系統(tǒng)的保密性大大降低,本文針對以上問題,提出了將集成閥應(yīng)用在亞麻纖維紗線晶變改性系統(tǒng)中的理念,并且采用工控機通過步進電機驅(qū)動閥門,做了如下工作。 針對液氨介質(zhì)易揮發(fā)、有腐蝕性、有毒等特性設(shè)計了一款集成閥門,經(jīng)過理論計算,設(shè)計了閥門的閥體、閥套和閥芯,討論了其密封性、五種工作狀態(tài)切換等問題提出了電氣總體方案,步進電機采取閉環(huán)控制方式,擬選了電機并且根據(jù)實際需求進行了計算,所選電機可以滿足工作狀態(tài)要求。 選用工控機連接運動控制卡控制步進驅(qū)動器從而驅(qū)動步進電機,步進電機采用PWM技術(shù)控制,降低了成本,同時具備很好的穩(wěn)定性。 提出并推導(dǎo)了調(diào)整電機轉(zhuǎn)速的指數(shù)模型,設(shè)計了在步進電機加減速控制和工控機上實現(xiàn)控制系統(tǒng)功能的流程圖,組成工控機界面-運動控制卡-步進驅(qū)動器-兩軸步進電機-聯(lián)軸器和減速帶-集成閥閥套及閥芯的結(jié)構(gòu),可以從上位機控制閥芯的位置,滿足液氨改性系統(tǒng)五種工作狀態(tài)的要求,降低了人工成本增加了系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)保密性。 根據(jù)所設(shè)計的機械結(jié)構(gòu)和電氣控制系統(tǒng),并基于步進電機的指數(shù)加減速模型,推導(dǎo)了步進電機啟動、恒速、減速階段的數(shù)學(xué)模型,得出閥門轉(zhuǎn)過的角度和時間的理論計算公式并且繪制了轉(zhuǎn)角—時間曲線。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of quality of life, the flax fiber made of high-grade clothing increasingly favored by consumers. Because of the inherent properties of flax fiber itself, the need to go through the liquid ammonia modified to become a smooth texture, and flax fiber Sha Xianjing changed the key steps of the system is the liquid ammonia treatment of flax fiber. The ammonia pipeline carrying flax crystal fiber yarn modified in many large ball valve with reduced production efficiency, increased labor costs, but also to the daily maintenance inconvenience, more important is to open the valve, every time all need manual control, the security of the whole system is greatly reduced, to solve the above problems this paper proposed the integrated valve used in flax fiber yarn crystal modified system concept, and using the computer through the stepper motor to drive the valve, do the following work.
For liquid ammonia volatile, corrosive, toxic and other features to design a integrated valve, through theoretical calculation, the design of the valve body, valve sleeve and spool, discusses its seal, the paper puts forward the overall plan of five kinds of electrical state switching, stepping motor adopts closed loop control mode to be selected and according to the actual needs of the motor are calculated, the selected motor can meet the requirement of working conditions.
The industrial control computer is connected with the motion control card to control the stepping driver to drive the stepper motor. The stepper motor is controlled by PWM technology, which reduces the cost and has good stability at the same time.
Put forward and index model derived the motor speed adjustment, design the flow chart of the function of the control system in the stepper motor acceleration and deceleration control and IPC, composed of IPC interface - motion control card and stepper drive - axis stepper motor coupling and deceleration with integrated valve sleeve and the valve core structure. From the PC control spool position, meet the liquid ammonia modification system five kinds of work condition, reduce labor costs and increase technological system security.
According to the mechanical structure and electrical control system design, and based on the model of the stepper motor acceleration and deceleration index, are stepping motor starting, constant speed, deceleration stage mathematical model, the valve turning angle and the time of the theoretical calculation formula and draw the angle time curve.
