【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國為了促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的發(fā)展,采用了吸引外商直接投資的政策。然而,外資在促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),也對(duì)我國形成市場控制、品牌控制、股權(quán)控制和技術(shù)控制,沖擊了我國產(chǎn)業(yè)國內(nèi)環(huán)境,提升了我國對(duì)外依存度等產(chǎn)業(yè)安全問題,裝備制造業(yè)尤其如此。裝備制造業(yè)是我國工業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),外資對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)大量投資,尤其是對(duì)龍頭企業(yè)的并購影響了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)以及國防安全。本文通過定量定性分析、縱向比較法等,從外資對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)的控制情況、外資企業(yè)對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)對(duì)外依存度的影響、外資對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)國內(nèi)環(huán)境的影響等方面進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)外資對(duì)我國裝備制造業(yè)安全存在著嚴(yán)重的威脅。因此,為了維護(hù)我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全情況,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)引入外資的管理。與已有研究主要局限于產(chǎn)業(yè)控制力和產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)外依存度相比較,本文增加了對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)國內(nèi)環(huán)境和對(duì)外依存度其他方面的分析,這有助于全面理解外資對(duì)我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的影響。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, in order to promote the development of economy and technology, China has adopted the policy of attracting foreign direct investment. However, foreign capital not only promotes the economic development of our country, but also forms market control over our country. Brand control, equity control and technology control, impact the domestic environment of China's industry, enhance our country's external dependence and other industrial security issues. The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of China's industrial development, and foreign investment in the equipment manufacturing industry. Especially the M & A of leading enterprises has affected our economy and national defense security. Through quantitative qualitative analysis, longitudinal comparative method and so on, from the foreign capital to the equipment manufacturing industry control situation. This paper analyzes the influence of foreign capital on the external dependence of equipment manufacturing industry and the influence of foreign capital on the domestic environment of equipment manufacturing industry, and finds that foreign capital is a serious threat to the security of equipment manufacturing industry in China. In order to maintain the industrial safety of China's equipment manufacturing industry, we should strengthen the management of introducing foreign capital. This paper increases the analysis of domestic environment and external dependence of equipment manufacturing industry, which is helpful to understand the influence of foreign capital on the safety of equipment manufacturing industry in China.
