【摘要】:輪式叉裝車是當(dāng)今國內(nèi)石材行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的一種新型工程機(jī)械。叉裝車在必須適應(yīng)在復(fù)雜的環(huán)境下作業(yè),同時(shí)還必須要求有很大的舉升力和牽引力。此外,還必須具備很好的越野性能。由于叉裝車需要比裝載機(jī)大幾倍以上的舉升力,所以叉裝車工作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)與裝載機(jī)工作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)側(cè)重點(diǎn)不一樣。然而過去對叉裝車工作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)都是直接把裝載機(jī)的鏟斗換成貨叉。這樣的設(shè)計(jì)顯然是不合理的,因?yàn)槠渑e升力沒有增大。為了設(shè)計(jì)出高質(zhì)量的叉裝車,對叉裝車工作裝置的重新設(shè)計(jì)顯得尤其重要。 本文主要介紹了輪式裝載機(jī)及輪式叉裝車在國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;輪式叉裝車六連桿工作裝置的工作原理及結(jié)構(gòu)組成介紹;公司現(xiàn)有40t輪式叉裝車工作裝置分析;六連桿工作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)過程介紹;其次,針對怎樣提升叉裝車工作裝置舉升力和舉升高度的問題,提出改變動(dòng)臂油缸安裝方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)增大舉升力和舉升高度的問題,并對改進(jìn)后的工作裝置通過AutoCAD和solidworks軟件進(jìn)行二維及三維的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析和模擬。最后,為解決50噸叉裝車前橋最大靜載問題,通過對前車架的加長設(shè)計(jì)來實(shí)現(xiàn)把前車架最大靜載控制在100噸以內(nèi)并對設(shè)計(jì)的50t叉裝車工作裝置采用AutoCAD和solidworks軟件進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)分析和模擬。
[Abstract]:Wheel fork loading is a new type of construction machinery in the domestic stone industry. Fork loading must be adapted to the complex environment, but also must have a great lift and traction. In addition. Good off-road performance is also required, as fork loading requires more than a few times the lift of the loader. So the design of the fork loading working device is different from the design of the loader working device. However, in the past, the design of the fork loading working device is to change the bucket of the loader directly into the fork. This design is obviously not. Reasonable. In order to design a high quality fork loading vehicle, it is particularly important to redesign the working device of the fork loading vehicle. This paper mainly introduces the research status of wheel loader and wheel fork loader at home and abroad. The working principle and structure of the six-bar working device of wheeled fork loading car are introduced. The company's existing 40t wheel fork loading device analysis; The design process of the six-bar working device is introduced. Secondly, in view of how to raise the lifting force and the lift height of the fork loading working device, the problem of how to increase the lifting force and the lifting height by changing the installation mode of the moving arm oil cylinder is put forward. The improved device is analyzed and simulated by AutoCAD and solidworks. Finally, in order to solve the problem of maximum static load of the front axle of 50 ton fork loading vehicle. The maximum static load of the front frame is controlled to less than 100 tons by the lengthening design of the front frame, and the 50 t fork loading working device is designed with AutoCAD and solidworks software. Motion analysis and simulation.
