基于知識驅(qū)動軸類零件設(shè)計方法研究

【摘要】:本文首先以知識工程為基礎(chǔ),分析了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的知識工程技術(shù)研究狀況,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品設(shè)計對KBE系統(tǒng)的要求,以動態(tài)知識庫組織技術(shù)為切入點、以優(yōu)化知識工程系統(tǒng)、提高自動化智能化為目標,對KBE系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計優(yōu)化技術(shù)進行了大量研究。本文的主要研究工作和創(chuàng)新點總結(jié)如下: (1)提出了實現(xiàn)基于知識驅(qū)動軸類零件設(shè)計方法的界面層、控制層及數(shù)據(jù)層的三層架構(gòu),同時提出了各層的實現(xiàn)方式,即:利用C#.NET及UGopen MenScript實現(xiàn)界面層開發(fā)、利用C#.NET及NX Open APIs NX實現(xiàn)控制層的開發(fā)及利用SQL Server2005數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)層的開發(fā); (2)解決了利用C#.NET、SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫及NX軟件平臺實現(xiàn)基于知識驅(qū)動軸類零件設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵技術(shù); (3)總結(jié)了多個航空發(fā)動機型號及直升機傳動系統(tǒng)型號的軸類零件設(shè)計經(jīng)驗及建模特點; (4)以動態(tài)知識庫為核心,運用NX, SQL2005和C#.NET的開發(fā)技術(shù),構(gòu)建了軸類零件的原型設(shè)計系統(tǒng)。力求以動態(tài)模塊化組織技術(shù)來完善知識庫的組織結(jié)構(gòu),提高知識系統(tǒng)的運行效率,從而實現(xiàn)整個系統(tǒng)的自動化和智能化的提高,并通過實際的軸類產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)驗證本文理論研究的可行性。 (5)研究成果已在型號中得到應(yīng)用,極大地提高了軸類零件設(shè)計效率。
[Abstract]:Firstly, based on knowledge engineering, this paper analyzes the current research status of knowledge engineering technology at home and abroad, and on this basis, combined with the requirements of modern product design for KBE system. With the dynamic knowledge base organization technology as the breakthrough point, the goal is to optimize the knowledge engineering system and improve the automation intelligence. A great deal of research has been done on the optimization technology of product design of KBE system. The main research work and innovation of this paper are summarized as follows: 1) three layers of interface layer, control layer and data layer are put forward to realize the design method of shaft parts based on knowledge. At the same time, the realization methods of each layer are put forward. Namely: using C#.NET and UGopen MenScript to realize interface layer development. C#.NET and NX Open APIs NX are used to realize the development of control layer and SQL Server2005 database to realize the development of data layer. The key technology of knowledge driven shaft part design based on C#. net SQL database and NX software platform is solved. This paper summarizes the design experience and modeling characteristics of shaft parts of several aero-engine models and helicopter transmission system models. Taking dynamic knowledge base as the core, the development technology of NX, SQL2005 and #.NET is used. The prototype design system of shaft parts is constructed to improve the organization structure of knowledge base and improve the running efficiency of knowledge system with dynamic modular organization technology. In order to realize the automation and intelligent improvement of the whole system, the feasibility of the theoretical research in this paper is verified by the development of the actual shaft products. The research results have been applied in the model and greatly improve the design efficiency of shaft parts.
