耐磨減摩涂料在齒輪泵側(cè)板銅基表面上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:液壓齒輪泵側(cè)板工作時會出現(xiàn)磨傷、劃傷等問題,嚴(yán)重影響齒輪泵的使用壽命和容積效率。為提高雙金屬齒輪側(cè)板的軟金屬銅表面的耐磨性能,對齒輪泵側(cè)板的機(jī)加工工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn);研究一種耐磨性能和潤滑性能良好的高分子材料配方,并通過干燥、燒結(jié)、淬火等工藝涂覆在銅基表面。測試結(jié)果表明,齒輪泵側(cè)板表面涂覆耐磨減摩涂料后,其耐磨性能提高了2倍,可承受30萬次以上的沖擊。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the wear resistance of soft metal copper surface of double metal gear side plate, problems such as abrasion and scratch will appear in the side plate of hydraulic gear pump, which will seriously affect the service life and volume efficiency of gear pump. The machining technology of gear pump side plate is improved. A high molecular material formula with good wear resistance and lubricating property was studied and coated on the surface of copper by drying, sintering and quenching. The test results showed that the surface of gear pump side plate was coated with wear-resistant and anti-friction coating. Its wear resistance has been improved by 2 times, and can withstand more than 300,000 times of impact.
