【摘要】:國內(nèi)數(shù)字閥產(chǎn)品的設計研究落后國外很多,尤其在大流量高頻響性能領域的研究更是貧乏,因此本論文課題具有及其重要的理論和實際意義。作為新型電液數(shù)字控制元件2D數(shù)字伺服閥(簡稱2D閥)具有靜、動態(tài)特性良好,響應速度快,抗干擾及抗污染能力強,且能連續(xù)控制,可以實現(xiàn)極小的死區(qū)和滯環(huán)。 本文設計的大流量高頻響數(shù)字伺服閥采用2D閥作為先導控制元件,采用伺服螺旋機構作為關鍵控制技術,充分發(fā)揮了2D閥的性能優(yōu)點。為了獲得大流量,必須加大閥開口量,因此,在結(jié)構上把2D閥設計成大行程位移控制閥,來控制主閥開口量。另外,為了避免主閥流量飽和及保證油路的設計空間,主閥芯軸頸截面設計成梅花形。該設計通過對主閥進行直接機械位置反饋,從結(jié)構設計上實現(xiàn)主閥芯位移的精確閉環(huán)控制。 本文的主要工作和成果如下: 1.研究設計了一種新型結(jié)構的大流量高頻響數(shù)字伺服閥。本文第2章詳細描述了閥的工作原理,并設計出三種不同的方案進行對比,選出最優(yōu)方案。 2.在閥的結(jié)構上,通過球形鏈接將先導2D閥與主閥設計成整體。在第3章、第4章和第5章分別敘述了數(shù)學模型的建立,并運用MATLAB軟件中的Simulink數(shù)據(jù)庫對2D閥進行線性仿真分析和結(jié)構參數(shù)的設計計算及優(yōu)化。 3.實驗證明,2D閥在加大位移行程后,用作主閥的先導控制級其靜、動態(tài)特性依然良好,大位移位置控制精度高,但響應速度受到一定影響。 4.總結(jié)了仿真分析、結(jié)構設計和實驗結(jié)果,并提出不足與展望。
[Abstract]:Domestic digital valve product design research lags behind a lot of foreign countries, especially in the field of high-frequency response performance of large flow research is even more poor. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical and practical significance. As a new type of electro-hydraulic digital control element 2D digital servo valve (2D valve) has a static, dynamic characteristics and fast response. Strong anti-interference and anti-pollution ability, and can be controlled continuously, can achieve minimal dead zone and hysteresis. The high frequency digital servo valve designed in this paper uses 2D valve as pilot control element and servo screw mechanism as the key control technology to give full play to the performance advantages of 2D valve in order to obtain large flow rate. Therefore, 2D valve should be designed into a large-stroke displacement control valve in structure to control the opening of the main valve. In addition, in order to avoid the flow saturation of the main valve and ensure the design space of the oil circuit. The shaft neck section of the main valve core is designed in the form of plum blossom. By direct mechanical position feedback to the main valve the precise closed loop control of the displacement of the main valve core is realized from the structure design. The main work and results of this paper are as follows: 1. A new type of high frequency digital servo valve with large flow rate is designed. In chapter 2, the working principle of the valve is described in detail, and three different schemes are designed to compare and select the optimal scheme. 2. In the structure of the valve, the pilot 2D valve and the main valve are designed as a whole by spherical linkage. In chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter 5, the establishment of mathematical model is described respectively. The linear simulation analysis of 2D valve and the design and optimization of structural parameters are carried out by using the Simulink database in MATLAB software. 3. The experimental results show that when the displacement stroke is increased, the 2D valve is used as the pilot control stage of the main valve, its static and dynamic characteristics are still good, the precision of the position control of the large displacement is high, but the response speed is affected to a certain extent. 4. The simulation analysis, structure design and experimental results are summarized, and the shortcomings and prospects are put forward.
