長輸管線天然氣變頻電驅壓縮機控制系統的設計與實現

【摘要】:西氣東輸工程是具有戰(zhàn)略意義的國家重點工程。實施西氣東輸工程,有利于促進我國能源機構和產業(yè)結構調整,帶動東部、中部、西部地區(qū)經濟共同發(fā)展,改善管道沿線地區(qū)人民生活質量,有效治理大氣污染。西氣東輸一線的建設中關鍵核心設備——電驅壓縮機組、燃驅壓縮機組全部被國外廠商壟斷。為了打破這一局面,二線的建設中,實現了20兆瓦級電驅壓縮機組的國產化的應用。本論文以西氣東輸二線高陵壓氣站的首臺套國產化20兆瓦電驅壓縮機組的控制系統為研究對象,對國內外機組控制系統的發(fā)展概況、現狀、發(fā)展趨勢作了較為詳細的介紹,并結合壓縮機組所涵蓋的所有需要控制的設備特點,設計出了整套機組的控制系統運行方案,對系統的軟、硬件配置進行了詳細闡述,全面論證了機組控制系統的設計、工作原理及硬件、軟件相結合的工作機制。在本系統中,采用了羅克韋爾公司的Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5000冗余控制系統作為下位機控制系統,監(jiān)控部分采用W onderware公司生產的InTouch軟件開發(fā)工具,組態(tài)了系統的監(jiān)視與控制畫面,并編制了相應的監(jiān)控程序,使控制系統具備對機組過程數據的動態(tài)監(jiān)控功能,實現了對機組的防喘振控制、負荷調節(jié)控制、順序啟/停機時序控制。另外,本文所論述的機組控制系統,已經交給用戶使用。用戶反饋的情況證實,該系統具有良好的可靠性和可操作性,控制方案的合理性到達甚至超過了同類國外機組控制,系統軟件應用方便、靈活,受到用戶的好評。
[Abstract]:The West-to-East Gas Transmission Project is a national key project of strategic significance. The implementation of the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project is conducive to promoting the adjustment of energy institutions and industrial structure in China and promoting the common economic development of the eastern, central and western regions. Improve the quality of life of the people along the pipeline, effectively control air pollution. The control system of the first set of domestic 20 MW electric drive compressor unit in Gaoling Gas Station of West East Gas Transmission Line 2 is the research object in this paper. The general situation, present situation and development trend of the control system of the unit at home and abroad are introduced in detail, and combined with the characteristics of all the equipments needed to be controlled by the compressor unit. The operation scheme of the control system is designed, the software and hardware configuration of the system is described in detail, and the design, working principle and hardware of the control system are demonstrated. Software working mechanism. In this system. The Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5000 redundancy control system of Rockwell Company is used as the lower computer control system. In the monitoring part, the InTouch software development tool produced by W onderware company is used to configure the monitoring and control picture of the system, and the corresponding monitoring program is worked out. The control system has the function of dynamic monitoring to the process data of the unit, and realizes the anti-surge control, load regulation control, sequential start / stop timing control of the unit.
