長輸管線天然氣變頻電驅(qū)壓縮機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:西氣東輸工程是具有戰(zhàn)略意義的國家重點(diǎn)工程。實(shí)施西氣東輸工程,有利于促進(jìn)我國能源機(jī)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,帶動(dòng)?xùn)|部、中部、西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)共同發(fā)展,改善管道沿線地區(qū)人民生活質(zhì)量,有效治理大氣污染。西氣東輸一線的建設(shè)中關(guān)鍵核心設(shè)備——電驅(qū)壓縮機(jī)組、燃驅(qū)壓縮機(jī)組全部被國外廠商壟斷。為了打破這一局面,二線的建設(shè)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了20兆瓦級(jí)電驅(qū)壓縮機(jī)組的國產(chǎn)化的應(yīng)用。本論文以西氣東輸二線高陵壓氣站的首臺(tái)套國產(chǎn)化20兆瓦電驅(qū)壓縮機(jī)組的控制系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)國內(nèi)外機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展概況、現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢作了較為詳細(xì)的介紹,并結(jié)合壓縮機(jī)組所涵蓋的所有需要控制的設(shè)備特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)出了整套機(jī)組的控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行方案,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件配置進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,全面論證了機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、工作原理及硬件、軟件相結(jié)合的工作機(jī)制。在本系統(tǒng)中,采用了羅克韋爾公司的Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5000冗余控制系統(tǒng)作為下位機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),監(jiān)控部分采用W onderware公司生產(chǎn)的InTouch軟件開發(fā)工具,組態(tài)了系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)視與控制畫面,并編制了相應(yīng)的監(jiān)控程序,使控制系統(tǒng)具備對(duì)機(jī)組過程數(shù)據(jù)的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)機(jī)組的防喘振控制、負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)控制、順序啟/停機(jī)時(shí)序控制。另外,本文所論述的機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng),已經(jīng)交給用戶使用。用戶反饋的情況證實(shí),該系統(tǒng)具有良好的可靠性和可操作性,控制方案的合理性到達(dá)甚至超過了同類國外機(jī)組控制,系統(tǒng)軟件應(yīng)用方便、靈活,受到用戶的好評(píng)。
[Abstract]:The West-to-East Gas Transmission Project is a national key project of strategic significance. The implementation of the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project is conducive to promoting the adjustment of energy institutions and industrial structure in China and promoting the common economic development of the eastern, central and western regions. Improve the quality of life of the people along the pipeline, effectively control air pollution. The key core equipment in the construction of West-to-East gas transmission line-electric drive compressor. Combustion drive compressor units are monopolized by foreign manufacturers. In order to break this situation, the second line construction is in progress. The domestic application of 20 MW electric drive compressor unit is realized. The control system of the first set of domestic 20 MW electric drive compressor unit in Gaoling Gas Station of West East Gas Transmission Line 2 is the research object in this paper. The general situation, present situation and development trend of the control system of the unit at home and abroad are introduced in detail, and combined with the characteristics of all the equipments needed to be controlled by the compressor unit. The operation scheme of the control system is designed, the software and hardware configuration of the system is described in detail, and the design, working principle and hardware of the control system are demonstrated. Software working mechanism. In this system. The Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5000 redundancy control system of Rockwell Company is used as the lower computer control system. In the monitoring part, the InTouch software development tool produced by W onderware company is used to configure the monitoring and control picture of the system, and the corresponding monitoring program is worked out. The control system has the function of dynamic monitoring to the process data of the unit, and realizes the anti-surge control, load regulation control, sequential start / stop timing control of the unit. The user feedback has proved that the system has good reliability and maneuverability, the rationality of the control scheme reaches or even exceeds the control of the same kind of foreign units, and the system software is convenient to use.
