基于公理設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品平臺設(shè)計(jì)方法及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著全球化市場的形成和信息技術(shù)高速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品的更新周期日趨縮短,產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新速度也越來越快,企業(yè)競爭的焦點(diǎn)集中于如何才能更好地滿足個(gè)性化的客戶需求。在不犧牲企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的前提下,根據(jù)客戶要求進(jìn)行個(gè)性化的生產(chǎn),提高產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力已成為企業(yè)獲得和保持競爭優(yōu)勢的一個(gè)重要方面。為了在盡可能小的產(chǎn)品差異下向市場提供盡可能多樣化的產(chǎn)品,于是產(chǎn)品平臺和產(chǎn)品族這些概念被提出,以有效地滿足大范圍的客戶需要。 而產(chǎn)品平臺是產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)的核心內(nèi)容,合理地構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品平臺是提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)可適應(yīng)能力的關(guān)鍵,面向大規(guī)模定制與產(chǎn)品平臺戰(zhàn)略等技術(shù),模塊化設(shè)計(jì)又是一種有效的設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文首先結(jié)合公理設(shè)計(jì)與設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣,利用獨(dú)立公理進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品功能劃分,建立產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)矩陣,再結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)矩陣與設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣,再利用可拓聚類算法對該關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣進(jìn)行聚類運(yùn)算,以此來完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的模塊劃分。接著在劃分模塊的基礎(chǔ)上闡釋了平臺策略的涵義,總結(jié)了產(chǎn)品平臺概念的演變過程,在綜合分析市場和技術(shù)不確定性以及產(chǎn)品平臺開發(fā)復(fù)雜性的基礎(chǔ)上,論證了產(chǎn)品平臺規(guī)劃是基于平臺策略的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的重要內(nèi)容; 然后在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者提出的產(chǎn)品平臺理論的基礎(chǔ)上,,提出了一種產(chǎn)品平臺構(gòu)建方法:將以公理設(shè)計(jì)為指導(dǎo)框架,以功能需求分析為出發(fā)點(diǎn),提出了一種產(chǎn)品平臺設(shè)計(jì)新方法。該方法借鑒Kano模型,從用戶需求的角度,利用獨(dú)立公理將產(chǎn)品功能要求分為基本功能要求、期望功能要求和附加功能要求;然后基于公理設(shè)計(jì)原理,將產(chǎn)品功能要求映射為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),建立設(shè)計(jì)矩陣;通過分析設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)與各類功能要求之間的影響,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣,利用可拓聚類算法對設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣進(jìn)行聚類運(yùn)算,將實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品族基本功能要求的模塊定義為公用模塊;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的靈敏度來選擇公共平臺參數(shù),利用聚類分析以規(guī)劃它們在產(chǎn)品平臺中的共享策略。 最后通過汽車內(nèi)飾生產(chǎn)線滑板輸送設(shè)備的應(yīng)用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了上述方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the formation of global market and the rapid development of information technology, the renewal cycle of products is shortened day by day, and the speed of product innovation is becoming faster and faster. The focus of enterprise competition is on how to better meet the needs of individual customers. On the premise of not sacrificing the economic benefits of enterprises, individualized production is carried out according to the requirements of customers. To improve the ability of product innovation has become an important aspect for enterprises to obtain and maintain competitive advantage. In order to provide the market with as many products as possible under the minimal product differences. Therefore, the concepts of product platform and product family are proposed to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. The product platform is the core content of product family design. How to construct the product platform reasonably is the key to improve the adaptability of product design. It is oriented to mass customization and product platform strategy. Modular design is also an effective design method. Firstly, this paper combines axiomatic design and design structure matrix, uses independent axioms to partition product functions and establishes product design matrix. Then combining the design matrix with the design structure matrix, the product design correlation matrix is constructed, and the extension clustering algorithm is used to cluster the correlation matrix. Then it explains the meaning of platform strategy and summarizes the evolution process of product platform concept. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the uncertainty of market and technology and the complexity of product platform development, it is demonstrated that product platform planning is an important part of product development based on platform strategy. Then, on the basis of summarizing the theory of product platform put forward by domestic and foreign scholars, a product platform construction method is put forward: the axiomatic design will be taken as the guiding framework, and the function requirement analysis will be taken as the starting point. A new method of product platform design is proposed, which uses Kano model for reference and divides product function requirements into basic functional requirements by using independent axioms from the point of view of user requirements. Expected functional requirements and additional functional requirements; Then, based on the axiomatic design principle, the functional requirements of the product are mapped to the product design parameters, and the design matrix is established. By analyzing the influence between design parameters and various functional requirements, the product design correlation matrix is constructed, and the extension clustering algorithm is used to cluster the design correlation matrix. The module that realizes the basic functional requirements of the product family is defined as a common module; On this basis, the common platform parameters are selected by analyzing the sensitivity of the design parameters, and their shared strategies in the product platform are planned by cluster analysis. Finally, the feasibility of the above method is verified by the application of slide conveyer in automobile interior decoration production line.
