關(guān)于風(fēng)電機齒輪箱傳動系統(tǒng)振動特性的分析研究

【摘要】:齒輪傳動型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機組機械故障診斷和狀態(tài)監(jiān)測技術(shù)中存在的突出問題:故障風(fēng)電機組現(xiàn)場測試條件嚴苛(溫度,噪音,電磁干擾,高度),齒輪傳動型(行星齒輪)風(fēng)電機組振動測試難度大、準確性差,嚴重制約了風(fēng)電機組機械故障診斷技術(shù)的深入和廣泛研究,也影響了風(fēng)電機組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。 本文以750KW風(fēng)電機組齒輪箱為研究對象,對風(fēng)電齒輪箱系統(tǒng)振動產(chǎn)生的原因進行了基礎(chǔ)的理論分析,并建立了其傳動系統(tǒng)的振動參數(shù)方程,利用MATLAB軟件進行仿真計算,初步了解了風(fēng)電齒輪箱傳動系統(tǒng)的振動特性,另外利用UG三維制圖軟件建立了750KW風(fēng)電機齒輪箱的三維實體模型,以及在ADAMS動態(tài)仿真軟件中建立了其仿真模型,在此三維齒輪箱模型的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運用Adams動力學(xué)仿真軟件,對齒輪傳動情況進行了運動學(xué)分析和振動分析,分別繪制出了風(fēng)電機齒輪箱各主要齒輪和軸的轉(zhuǎn)速變化曲線,以及各個齒輪在傳動過程中所受的嚙合力的變化曲線并加以分析,以及利用ADAMS的振動分析模塊對齒輪箱狀態(tài)監(jiān)測常用的測點進行初步的振動分析,初步得出了齒輪箱輸出軸的振動響應(yīng)特性,為風(fēng)電機現(xiàn)場故障監(jiān)測和診測時測點的選擇提供了一些直接的參考資料。
[Abstract]:Problems of gear drive type wind turbine mechanical condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of fault: wind turbine field test of harsh conditions (temperature, noise, electromagnetic interference, height), gear type (planetary gear) wind turbine vibration testing is difficult, the accuracy is poor, severely restrict the wind turbine mechanical failure the diagnosis technology in-depth and extensive research, also affected the development and application of wind turbine condition monitoring technology.
In this paper, 750KW wind turbine gearbox as the research object, the wind vibration of gear system has been analyzed based on the theory, and established the equation of vibration parameters of the transmission system, simulation calculation was carried out by MATLAB software, a preliminary understanding of the wind power gear box transmission system vibration characteristics, 3D model in addition to the establishment of 750KW wind turbine gear box using UG software, and the ADAMS dynamic simulation software to establish the simulation model, based on the 3D model of gear box, the integrated use of Adams dynamic simulation software of gear transmission is analyzed and the kinematics analysis of vibration, the speed curves were drawn the main gear box of wind motor gear and shaft, and the curve of each gear in the transmission process of the meshing force and analyze the vibration and the use of ADAMS The initial vibration analysis of the common measuring points for gearbox condition monitoring is carried out by the analysis module, and the vibration response characteristics of the output shaft of the gearbox are preliminarily obtained, which provides some direct reference materials for the field fault monitoring and the selection of measuring points for the wind turbine.
