【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的大型化、復(fù)雜化,設(shè)備的維護(hù)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜。系統(tǒng)設(shè)備滿足社會(huì)生產(chǎn)的需要的同時(shí)也對(duì)設(shè)備維護(hù)技術(shù)提出了更高的要求,從而推動(dòng)了維護(hù)技術(shù)的完善和發(fā)展。 基于可靠性的設(shè)備維護(hù)(RCM,reliability centered maintenance),不僅要關(guān)注設(shè)備故障,還要將設(shè)備故障后果納入設(shè)備維護(hù)決策的考慮的因素中,是綜合了事故后果和故障模式的有關(guān)信息,以系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性為基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)備維修模式。是一種融事后維護(hù)、定期維護(hù)、狀態(tài)維護(hù)、改進(jìn)性維護(hù)為一體的、優(yōu)化的最優(yōu)混合維護(hù)方式;诳煽啃缘木S護(hù)是主流的維護(hù)制度,也可以認(rèn)為RCM是一種狀態(tài)維護(hù)。維護(hù)維護(hù)技術(shù)正向RCM與狀態(tài)維護(hù)的方向發(fā)展,但是RCM與狀態(tài)維護(hù)在選擇診斷手段時(shí)的準(zhǔn)則傾向不同、規(guī)劃選擇狀態(tài)監(jiān)控的對(duì)象也不同。RCM注重從系統(tǒng)可靠性分析的結(jié)果選擇狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象而診斷技術(shù),狀態(tài)維護(hù)側(cè)重于維護(hù)成本考慮規(guī)劃原則。 本文以煤化工企業(yè)的循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)為依托,利用RCM分析確定循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)維護(hù)項(xiàng)目。論文設(shè)計(jì)的目的是使人們對(duì)設(shè)備故障分析及預(yù)警管理系統(tǒng)在化工企業(yè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用有進(jìn)一步的了解。設(shè)計(jì)包括:RCM管理系統(tǒng)的核心技術(shù)、RCM系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案等。 故障分析及預(yù)警管理系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的重要保障,以生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中設(shè)備運(yùn)行的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)和設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù),根據(jù)設(shè)備的重要度和故障對(duì)安全、環(huán)境的影響及后果,結(jié)合工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、使用要求等信息確定設(shè)備維護(hù)策略和維護(hù)任務(wù),并通過(guò)維簡(jiǎn)準(zhǔn)則和優(yōu)化方法的運(yùn)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的維護(hù)管理,確保重點(diǎn)設(shè)備的及時(shí)維護(hù)和正常運(yùn)行,以設(shè)備使用壽命和效能的最優(yōu)化實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效益的最大化,從而為安全生產(chǎn)提供良好的設(shè)備管理和維護(hù)方式。 本文對(duì)兗礦集團(tuán)國(guó)宏化工有限公司改造后的循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)作了重點(diǎn)的探討,提出了基于RCM的循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)故障分析及預(yù)警管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the large-scale and complex of system equipment, the maintenance of equipment is becoming more and more complex. System equipment to meet the needs of social production, but also put forward higher requirements for equipment maintenance technology. Thus promoting the improvement and development of maintenance technology. Equipment maintenance based on reliability should not only focus on equipment failure, but also on reliability centered maintenance. It is necessary to take the equipment failure consequence into consideration in the equipment maintenance decision, which synthesizes the relevant information of the accident consequence and the fault mode. Based on the system operation economy, the equipment maintenance mode is a combination of post maintenance, regular maintenance, state maintenance, and improved maintenance. The maintenance based on reliability is the mainstream maintenance system. It can also be considered that RCM is a kind of state maintenance. The maintenance and maintenance technology is developing in the direction of RCM and state maintenance. However, RCM and state maintenance have different criteria when choosing diagnostic methods. RCM focuses on the diagnosis technology of selecting state monitoring object from the result of system reliability analysis, and state maintenance focuses on maintenance cost and planning principle. This paper is based on the circulating water system of coal chemical enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to make people have a better understanding of the application of equipment fault analysis and early warning management system in the field of chemical enterprises. The design includes:. The core technology of RCM management system. Design principle of RCM system, design scheme of circulating water system, etc. Fault analysis and early warning management system is an important guarantee of enterprise safety production. Based on the real-time data of equipment operation and the normal operation standard of equipment in the production process, the system is safe according to the importance of equipment and failure. Environmental impact and consequences, combined with engineering standards, use requirements and other information to determine equipment maintenance strategy and maintenance tasks, and through the use of maintenance criteria and optimization methods to achieve industrial site equipment maintenance and management. To ensure the timely maintenance and normal operation of the key equipment, to optimize the service life and efficiency of the equipment to maximize the production efficiency of the enterprise, thus providing a good equipment management and maintenance for safe production. This paper mainly discusses the circulating water system of Guohong Chemical Co., Ltd. Yankuang Group, and puts forward a scheme of fault analysis and early warning management system of circulating water system based on RCM.
