【摘要】：提出了一種基于變速原動(dòng)件的軌跡-速度雙目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)要求下優(yōu)化綜合連桿連續(xù)軌跡生成機(jī)構(gòu)的方法。首先在設(shè)定曲柄勻速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)前提下,以位置誤差最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),優(yōu)化計(jì)算出符合軌跡設(shè)計(jì)要求的平面連桿機(jī)構(gòu)尺寸,然后以原動(dòng)件的角速度作為變量,以機(jī)構(gòu)執(zhí)行末端速度值誤差最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),優(yōu)化計(jì)算出原動(dòng)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a method for optimizing the mechanism of continuous trajectory generation of connecting rod based on the dual objective design of locus and velocity of variable speed original moving parts. Firstly, under the premise of constant crank rotation, a new method is proposed to optimize the continuous trajectory generation mechanism of the connecting rod. Taking the minimum position error as the objective function, the dimension of the planar linkage mechanism which meets the requirements of the trajectory design is optimized and the angular velocity of the original moving part is taken as the variable. Taking the minimum error of the velocity value at the end of the mechanism as the objective function, the motion law of the original moving part is optimized.
