基于Monte Carlo法的改進(jìn)型Delta并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)可靠性分析

【摘要】:建立了改進(jìn)型Delta并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)位置誤差模型,模型不僅考慮構(gòu)件幾何誤差,而且在機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)研究基礎(chǔ)上考慮了的機(jī)構(gòu)主動(dòng)關(guān)節(jié)剛度和桿件彈性變形誤差因素。結(jié)合MATLAB軟件生成偽隨機(jī)變量作為機(jī)構(gòu)可靠性分析的隨機(jī)抽樣試驗(yàn)參數(shù)。當(dāng)機(jī)構(gòu)按某運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)則運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),利用Monte Carlo法采用點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方式,得到不同運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)刻機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)位置可靠度和機(jī)構(gòu)末端誤差的均值和方差。通過(guò)對(duì)不同誤差模型可靠度數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)構(gòu)主動(dòng)關(guān)節(jié)剛度和桿件彈性變形誤差對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)可靠性的影響不可忽視。
[Abstract]:The kinematic position error model of the improved Delta parallel mechanism is established. The model not only considers the geometric error of the component. On the basis of the study of mechanism dynamics, the factors of stiffness of active joint and elastic deformation error of members are considered. The random sampling test of mechanism reliability analysis is made by using pseudo-random variables generated by MATLAB software. Parameter. When the mechanism moves according to a motion rule. The method of point evaluation was adopted by Monte Carlo method. The mean and variance of the kinematic position reliability and the end error of the mechanism are obtained, and the reliability data of different error models are compared. It is found that the influence of the stiffness of the active joint and the elastic deformation error of the member on the reliability of the mechanism can not be ignored.
