【摘要】：微型離心壓氣機(jī)具有單級增壓比高、構(gòu)造簡單、軸向長度小的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，軍、民用前景廣闊。正確認(rèn)識轉(zhuǎn)靜子間隙對壓氣機(jī)內(nèi)部流動的影響對提高離心壓氣機(jī)整級性能具有重大意義。因此，本文采用數(shù)值模擬的方法對轉(zhuǎn)靜子間隙對離心壓氣機(jī)的影響規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究，主要有以下方面： 1、開展了對離心壓氣機(jī)內(nèi)部流動的機(jī)理分析，分析了離心葉輪內(nèi)部流場結(jié)構(gòu)，找到了主要損失源。研究了葉輪內(nèi)部激波、泄漏渦、通道渦、“射流-尾跡”結(jié)構(gòu)以及擴(kuò)壓器進(jìn)口周期性的非均勻分布產(chǎn)生的原因及影響。 2、對葉輪匹配有/無轉(zhuǎn)彎段的兩種無葉擴(kuò)壓器及有葉擴(kuò)壓器的狀態(tài)下葉輪的性能及流場進(jìn)行對比，總結(jié)了葉片擴(kuò)壓器對葉輪性能的影響機(jī)理。葉輪匹配兩種無葉擴(kuò)壓器后性能接近，匹配有葉擴(kuò)壓器后，葉輪壓比、效率、做功能力均有所下降，葉輪出口分離渦沿流向的位置前移。初步確定了擴(kuò)壓器葉片對葉輪出口參數(shù)分布的影響規(guī)律，對葉輪內(nèi)部的影響范圍覆蓋了20%子午弦長的葉片后段。 3、對離心葉輪匹配有葉擴(kuò)壓器時采用了非穩(wěn)態(tài)計算，確定了葉輪葉片與擴(kuò)壓器葉片不同相對位置時壓氣機(jī)內(nèi)部流動的變化規(guī)律，研究了擴(kuò)壓器進(jìn)口的周期性非均勻分布對葉輪出口周向及展向參數(shù)分布的周期性影響。 4、對轉(zhuǎn)靜子間隙內(nèi)部流動進(jìn)行了機(jī)理性研究分析，對比了不同轉(zhuǎn)靜子間隙下，葉輪以及整級的性能參數(shù)的不同，選取三個不同間隙方案進(jìn)行流場分析并且對性能參數(shù)的不同進(jìn)行了解釋說明。初步確定了轉(zhuǎn)靜子間隙對離心壓氣機(jī)的影響規(guī)律，肯定了對于離心壓氣機(jī)最佳轉(zhuǎn)靜子間隙的存在，對于本文研究對象，在限定擴(kuò)壓器最大直徑及出口幾何參數(shù)不變的條件下，最佳轉(zhuǎn)靜子間隙為r3/r2=1.08。
[Abstract]:Miniature centrifugal compressor has the advantages of high single-stage booster ratio, simple structure and small axial length. It is of great significance to correctly understand the influence of rotor clearance on the internal flow of compressor to improve the integral performance of centrifugal compressor. In this paper, the influence of rotor clearance on centrifugal compressor is studied by means of numerical simulation. 1. The internal flow mechanism of centrifugal compressor is analyzed, the structure of flow field in centrifugal impeller is analyzed, the main loss source is found, and the shock wave, leakage vortex and channel vortex in impeller are studied. The causes and effects of the "jet wake" structure and the periodic non-uniform distribution of diffuser inlet. 2. The performance and flow field of impeller are compared under the condition of impeller matching two kinds of vaneless diffuser with or without turning section and the condition of vaned diffuser. The influence mechanism of blade diffuser on impeller performance is summarized. The performance of impeller matching two kinds of vaneless diffuser is similar, and the impeller pressure ratio, efficiency and work ability are decreased after matching blade diffuser. The influence of diffuser blades on the distribution of impeller outlet parameters is preliminarily determined, and the influence range on the impeller interior covers the rear segment of the blade with 20% meridional chord length. 3. The unsteady calculation of centrifugal impeller matching vaned diffuser is adopted, and the variation law of compressor internal flow is determined when the impeller blade and diffuser blade are in different relative positions. The influence of periodic non-uniform distribution of diffuser inlet on the circumferential and spanwise distribution of impeller outlet is studied. 4. The mechanism of the internal flow in the stator clearance is studied and analyzed, and the performance parameters of the impeller and the whole stage are compared under different rotor clearances. Three different clearance schemes were selected to analyze the flow field and the different performance parameters were explained. The influence of rotor clearance on centrifugal compressor was preliminarily determined. The existence of optimal rotor clearance for centrifugal compressor is confirmed. For the research object of this paper, the maximum diameter of diffuser and the geometric parameters of outlet are not changed. The optimal transposon gap is r _ 3 / r _ 2N _ (1.08).
