【摘要】:對(duì)稱性是包含在機(jī)械系統(tǒng)中的一種重要特性,而對(duì)稱群理論是描述這種特性的一種重要的數(shù)學(xué)工具,本文旨在借鑒并總結(jié)圖像對(duì)稱群的相關(guān)規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)械零件對(duì)稱群的存在形式及其對(duì)零件可制造性的影響,并以此指導(dǎo)零件結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。本文以機(jī)械零件結(jié)構(gòu)可作為一種圖像為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),探討了機(jī)械零件結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)稱群描述方法,探索零件結(jié)構(gòu)中對(duì)稱基準(zhǔn)的作用效果以及機(jī)械零件的對(duì)稱群對(duì)可制造性的影響。 在考慮機(jī)械零件的可制造性方面,通過(guò)分析零件點(diǎn)群與總對(duì)稱角之間的聯(lián)系,得出了零件點(diǎn)群的總對(duì)稱角區(qū)間分布,并以提高零件的可裝配性為設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),提出了考慮可裝配性的零件結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱群優(yōu)化方法。通過(guò)總結(jié)各種加工工藝對(duì)零件結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)稱性要求以及對(duì)上百個(gè)零件的點(diǎn)群分析,考察了相關(guān)加工工藝的零件結(jié)構(gòu)點(diǎn)群的選擇特點(diǎn),并論述了相應(yīng)的零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法。同時(shí),通過(guò)對(duì)同種剪切件排樣圖像的分析,得出了實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)廢料排樣的排樣單元外輪廓與排樣點(diǎn)陣平移群之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)排樣的設(shè)計(jì),減少鈑料的消耗。 本文將對(duì)稱群理論引入機(jī)械對(duì)稱性的研究是對(duì)該課題方向研究的新的嘗試,對(duì)于其他領(lǐng)域有關(guān)機(jī)械對(duì)稱性的研究也具有一定的借鑒意義,同時(shí)也可以給設(shè)計(jì)者帶來(lái)一定的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Symmetry is an important characteristic contained in mechanical system, and symmetric group theory is an important mathematical tool to describe this characteristic. This paper aims to draw lessons from and summarize the relevant laws of image symmetry group. It is found that the existing form of symmetry group of mechanical parts and its influence on the manufacturability of parts, and thus guide the design of parts structure. This paper takes the structure of mechanical parts as a kind of image as the starting point. In this paper, the method of describing the structure of mechanical parts by symmetric group is discussed, and the effect of the symmetrical reference in the structure of the parts and the effect of the symmetry group of the mechanical parts on the manufacturability are explored. Considering the manufacturability of mechanical parts, by analyzing the relationship between point group and total symmetry angle, the distribution of total symmetric angle of point group is obtained, and the design goal is to improve the assemblability of parts. In this paper, an optimization method for structural symmetry group of parts considering assemblability is put forward. By summarizing the symmetry requirement of parts structure in various machining processes and the point group analysis of hundreds of parts. This paper investigates the characteristics of the selection of structural point groups of parts in the relevant machining processes, and discusses the corresponding design methods of the parts structure. At the same time, the layout image of the same shearing parts is analyzed. The relationship between the outside contour of the layout unit and the translation group of the layout lattice is obtained, which can guide the design of layout and reduce the consumption of sheet metal. In this paper, the introduction of symmetry group theory into the study of mechanical symmetry is a new attempt in the research direction of the subject, and also has certain reference significance for other fields of research on mechanical symmetry. At the same time, it can also bring some inspiration to designers.
