【摘要】：某菌狀止口密封副在采用箱外測試法進行測試時,發(fā)現該密封副在低溫下出現漏率突變。采用故障樹分析法對該密封副進行相關故障和非相關故障分析,從露點的角度確定閥門泄漏是由于低溫環(huán)境試驗中由于試驗方法不正確導致的閥門本身產生溫差而引起的。提出改進試驗方法方案,消除該閥門隱性的非相關故障成因,為杜絕同類閥門產品的類似故障提供參考。
[Abstract]:A mushroom rabbet sealing in the box test, the sealing at low temperature leak mutation rate. By using fault tree analysis method of the sealing of fault and non fault correlation analysis, from the angle of dew point to determine the valve leakage is due to due to incorrect result test method the valve itself produces temperature environmental test in low temperature. The improved test method scheme to eliminate non relevant fault causes the valve hidden, provide a reference for the similar fault to prevent similar valve products.
