【摘要】：本課題針對(duì)不耐沖擊的輕質(zhì)產(chǎn)品在自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線上需要柔和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的問題，研究了用于自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的帶式柔和推送機(jī)構(gòu)的基本工作原理、工況需求和該類機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的基本方法，，并結(jié)合香煙包裝生產(chǎn)過程中的帶式推送煙包機(jī)構(gòu)，作了兩種帶式柔和推送機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)。 本文以香煙包裝的自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線（習(xí)慣又稱為煙草機(jī)械）為主線，研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)發(fā)展和狀況；本文分析了代表國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的德國(guó)�？斯镜膶＠夹g(shù)的機(jī)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和運(yùn)動(dòng)特性；在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析了帶式柔和推送機(jī)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用需求和技術(shù)難點(diǎn)問題，并針對(duì)輕質(zhì)物品的柔和輸送問題提出了相應(yīng)的保護(hù)措施及手段的理論方法；從機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的角度，歸納該類機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的基本理論和方法，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，為相關(guān)行業(yè)的類似機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供理論指導(dǎo)和輔助參考作用。 本文在上述理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以香煙包裝的自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線應(yīng)用為實(shí)例，按照企業(yè)取代專利技術(shù)——凸耳機(jī)構(gòu)的要求，創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)了兩種帶式柔和推送機(jī)構(gòu)：（1）齒形帶——固定凸輪式柔和推送機(jī)構(gòu),（2）齒形帶——固定滾子式柔和推送機(jī)構(gòu)；完成了兩種機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)構(gòu)分析和運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析；并運(yùn)用軟件Solid works完成了這兩種機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)際應(yīng)用的三維結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。 本課題研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)： （1）對(duì)國(guó)外專利技術(shù)——凸耳機(jī)構(gòu)，作了機(jī)構(gòu)及運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析，歸納了柔和推送機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)方法。 （2）完成了兩種適合于香煙包裝的柔和推送機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the basic working principle of belt soft push mechanism for automatic production line is studied, aiming at the need of soft transfer in automatic production line for light weight products which can not resist impact. The design and development of two kinds of belt soft push mechanism are carried out in combination with the requirement of working conditions and the basic design method of this kind of mechanism, and combined with the belt push cigarette package mechanism in the process of cigarette packaging production. In this paper, the automatic production line of cigarette packaging (habit is also called tobacco machinery) as the main line, the domestic and foreign technical development and status; This paper analyzes the institutional and kinematic characteristics of the patented technology of German Fogg Company, which represents the international advanced level. On this basis, the application requirements and technical difficulties of the belt type soft push mechanism are analyzed, and the corresponding protection measures and methods are put forward for the soft transportation of light goods. The basic theories and methods of mechanism design and kinematics design are summarized from the angle of mechanism innovation design, and on this basis, the theoretical guidance and auxiliary reference function for similar mechanism design in related industries are provided. Based on the above theoretical research, this paper takes the application of cigarette packaging automatic production line as an example, according to the requirements of enterprises to replace patented technology-lug mechanism. Two kinds of belt type soft push mechanism: 1) tooth belt-fixed cam type soft push mechanism-fixed roller type soft push mechanism are designed and innovatively designed. The mechanism analysis and kinematics analysis of two kinds of mechanisms are completed. The three-dimensional structure design and motion simulation of the two mechanisms are completed by using Solid works. The innovations of this research are as follows: 1) the mechanism and kinematics of the lug mechanism, which is the patented technology of foreign countries, are analyzed, and the characteristics and design methods of the soft push mechanism are summarized. Two kinds of soft push mechanism design suitable for cigarette packaging have been completed.
