【摘要】:本文以工程機械中常用的雙聯(lián)軸向柱塞泵為測試對象,設(shè)計了再制造軸向柱塞泵性能測試系統(tǒng)。通過對雙聯(lián)軸向柱塞泵的性能測試,可以對再制造軸向柱塞泵進(jìn)行全面、準(zhǔn)確的性能評估。 本文對軸向柱塞泵的工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)、控制方式等進(jìn)行了研究,并依據(jù)液壓軸向柱塞泵的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對再制造軸向柱塞泵的技術(shù)條件、性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的研究和分析。本文設(shè)計了再制造柱塞泵性能測試系統(tǒng)的基本液壓回路,然后根據(jù)測試對象的技術(shù)參數(shù)設(shè)定了該測試系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo),并利用系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)完成驗算。另外本文針對再制造柱塞泵性能測試液壓系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的理論計算,繼而完成液壓系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計。 在完成液壓系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,本文利用仿真軟件AMESim對再制造液壓泵性能檢測系統(tǒng)搭建了模型,設(shè)置各部分模型參數(shù),然后對其進(jìn)行仿真,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,證明了液壓系統(tǒng)的可行性,并得出液壓系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵元件結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對系統(tǒng)動態(tài)性能的影響情況。 最后本文對檢測系統(tǒng)做了以下試驗:跑合試驗、排量驗證試驗、容積效率試驗、沖擊試驗、變量特性試驗、高溫試驗。通過上述實驗,再制造軸向柱塞泵的性能可以得到全面、準(zhǔn)確地評估。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the performance test system of remanufactured axial piston pump is designed, which is commonly used in construction machinery, and the performance of double axial piston pump is tested. The remanufacturing axial piston pump can be comprehensively and accurately evaluated. In this paper, the working principle, structure and control mode of axial piston pump are studied, and the technical conditions of remanufacturing axial piston pump are discussed according to the relevant standards of hydraulic axial piston pump. The performance index is further studied and analyzed. The basic hydraulic circuit of the performance test system of the remanufactured piston pump is designed in this paper. Then according to the technical parameters of the test object, set the relevant technical indicators of the test system. In addition, the key modules of the remanufacturing piston pump performance test hydraulic system are calculated in detail, and then the overall design of the hydraulic system is completed. On the basis of the whole design of hydraulic system, this paper uses the simulation software AMESim to build the model of the performance test system of the remanufactured hydraulic pump, set up each part of the model parameters, and then carry on the simulation to it. The results are analyzed, the feasibility of hydraulic system is proved, and the influence of structural parameters of key components of hydraulic system on the dynamic performance of the system is obtained. Finally, the test system is tested as follows: running-in test, displacement verification test, volumetric efficiency test, impact test, variable characteristic test, high-temperature test. The performance of the remanufactured axial piston pump can be evaluated comprehensively and accurately.
