【摘要】:由于石油資源導(dǎo)致的能源短缺問(wèn)題和環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,使得對(duì)廢舊油液的凈化、再生技術(shù)和設(shè)備受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注與重視,F(xiàn)有濾油機(jī)存在脫水效率低等問(wèn)題。為了改善這一狀況,提出將真空泵應(yīng)用至濾油機(jī)以改善濾油機(jī)的工作真空度,從而降低濾油機(jī)的工作能耗,提高濾油機(jī)的工作效率。真空泵借助真空技術(shù)的發(fā)展,在性能和結(jié)構(gòu)上具有諸多優(yōu)勢(shì),其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域也越來(lái)越廣泛,且在多種環(huán)保設(shè)備方面得以應(yīng)用。渦旋真空泵的性能由真空泵型線所決定,因此,為了了解及改善真空泵,我們首先應(yīng)該從理論上分析渦旋型線的特性。 本文首先從真空技術(shù)出發(fā),說(shuō)明了真空泵的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,指出真空泵的性能由型線決定。而型線的構(gòu)成需要符合一定的原則,通過(guò)分析型線的坐標(biāo)變換和笛卡爾坐標(biāo)表達(dá)式表示的一些數(shù)學(xué)意義,說(shuō)明了型線構(gòu)成的理論基礎(chǔ),為通用渦旋型線的建立提供依據(jù)。 根據(jù)單一渦旋型線的共性,構(gòu)造出通用渦旋型線。分析了通用渦旋型線構(gòu)建的意義及其型線本身具有的數(shù)學(xué)性質(zhì)。通過(guò)通用渦旋型線參數(shù)取值不同,得出不同的基礎(chǔ)型線,說(shuō)明通用渦旋型線的本源特性既是各種單一型線的集合,其本身又是一種新型的型線,能表征型線的變化規(guī)律。 基于通用渦旋型線的優(yōu)點(diǎn),從數(shù)學(xué)角度出發(fā),分析了通用渦旋型線表達(dá)式表征的型線構(gòu)成的渦旋盤具有的厚度變化規(guī)律。利用軟件MATLAB,,繪制出相應(yīng)的渦旋盤圖形,證實(shí)了前面理論分析的正確性。得出結(jié)論是當(dāng)k=2時(shí)渦旋盤是等壁厚的,而k大于等于3時(shí)的渦旋盤就為變壁厚,且隨著k值的增大,渦旋盤厚度變化趨勢(shì)也在加大。而變壁厚渦旋盤在整體性能上是優(yōu)于等壁厚的,說(shuō)明對(duì)渦旋型線表征的渦旋盤厚度的變化是有意義的。
[Abstract]:Because of the energy shortage and environmental pollution problems caused by oil resources, so the purification of waste oil recycling technology and equipment, it is paid more and more attention. The low efficiency of the existing problem of the dehydration of oil filter. In order to improve this situation, put forward to improve the machine oil filter vacuum filter used to work oil vacuum pump, thereby reducing the energy consumption of oil filter oil filter work, improve the working efficiency of the vacuum pump. With the development of vacuum technology, has many advantages in performance and structure, its application is more and more widely, and can be used in a variety of environmental protection equipment. The performance of scroll vacuum pump by vacuum pump therefore, the line type decision, in order to understand and improve the vacuum pump, we should first analysis of characteristics of vortex type line in theory.
This paper from the vacuum technology of the development and application of vacuum pump, vacuum pump and pointed out that the performance is determined by the type of line. Which type line need to comply with certain principles, some mathematical meaning by analyzing the profile of coordinate transformation and Descartes coordinate expressions, and illustrates the theoretical basis of line form, as the general typevortex line provides the basis for the establishment.
According to the commonality of a single vortex line, constructed the general vortex type line. Analysis of the mathematical properties of meaning and type of general type vortex line construction of the line itself has. The general type vortex line parameters of different type, different from base line, single line source set is characteristic of general scroll profiles., which itself is also a kind of new type line, changes can represent the type line.
The advantages of general type vortex line from the point of view of mathematics, based on the analysis of the thickness variation of scroll plate profile of general type vortex line which has the expression characterization. Using the MATLAB software, draw the corresponding graphics scroll, verified the previous theoretical analysis. The conclusion is that when k=2 is scroll such as the wall thickness of K is greater than or equal to 3 when the scroll for variable thickness, and with the increase of K value, the change trend of the scroll plate thickness is also increasing. While the variable thickness scroll in the overall performance is better than the wall thickness, changes of scroll plate thickness on the scroll table syndrome the is of significant importance.
