履帶式下艙起重機(jī)吊臂的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國港口的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,件雜貨碼頭的裝卸能力得到不斷提升。履帶式下艙起重機(jī)作為件雜貨碼頭的專用下艙設(shè)備,其性能和結(jié)構(gòu)也要求適應(yīng)港口發(fā)展的需要。吊臂作為履帶式下艙起重機(jī)的關(guān)鍵部件,其設(shè)計(jì)的好壞是決定整機(jī)性能和成本的關(guān)鍵因素。吊臂除了要具備足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度,還要足夠輕巧。而通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)來減輕吊臂的自重則是提高其經(jīng)濟(jì)性,節(jié)約成本的主要方法。 本文以HC300D履帶式下艙起重機(jī)的吊臂作為研究對象,在論述了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論和有限元方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對履帶式下艙起重機(jī)的吊臂進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,基于ANSYS有限元分析軟件建立了吊臂的有限元模型,并對其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)靜力分析和模態(tài)分析,獲得了危險(xiǎn)工況下吊臂的應(yīng)力分布和變形分布,分析結(jié)果表明吊臂滿足強(qiáng)度和剛度的設(shè)計(jì)要求。接著選取吊臂截面的寬度和高度兩個(gè)尺寸為設(shè)計(jì)變量,以滿足吊臂的強(qiáng)度和剛度為約束條件,吊臂的體積最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),運(yùn)用ANSYS的二次開發(fā)語言APDL完成了吊臂的參數(shù)化建模,對吊臂的截面尺寸進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。通過對優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度和剛度校核驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化結(jié)果的合理性。 本文的研究工作實(shí)現(xiàn)了履帶式下艙起重機(jī)吊臂的有限元分析及優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化后的吊臂自重更輕,結(jié)構(gòu)更加合理,為設(shè)計(jì)人員改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化吊臂的結(jié)構(gòu)提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the construction and development of the port in China, the loading and unloading capacity of the cargo terminal has been continuously improved. Its performance and structure also need to meet the needs of port development. The design quality is the key factor to determine the performance and cost of the whole machine. In addition to having enough strength and stiffness, the boom is also light enough. The optimization design to reduce the weight of the boom is to improve its economy. The main method of cost saving. This paper takes the boom of HC300D crawler lower cabin crane as the research object, on the basis of discussing the optimization design theory and finite element method, the structure analysis of the crane jib is carried out. Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the finite element model of the boom is established, and the structural static analysis and modal analysis are carried out. The stress distribution and deformation distribution of the boom under dangerous working conditions are obtained. The analysis results show that the boom meets the design requirements of strength and stiffness. Then the width and height of the arm section are selected as the design variables to meet the strength and stiffness of the boom as constraints. The minimum volume of the boom is the objective function, and the parametric modeling of the boom is completed by using the secondary development language APDL of ANSYS. The section size of the boom is optimized and the rationality of the optimized result is verified by checking the strength and stiffness of the optimized results. The research work of this paper has realized the finite element analysis and the optimization design of the crawler crane boom, the optimized jib weight is lighter, the structure is more reasonable. It provides a basis for designers to improve and optimize the structure of the boom.
