【摘要】:非圓齒輪由于其在運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、幾何學(xué)方面獨(dú)有的傳動(dòng)特點(diǎn),使之能夠滿足任意變傳動(dòng)比傳動(dòng)的要求,因此在各種機(jī)械中得到了越來越多的應(yīng)用。本課題主要研究三階非圓行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)部分,其主要特點(diǎn)是行星輪節(jié)曲線是圓形,而機(jī)構(gòu)中的中心輪與內(nèi)齒圈的節(jié)曲線分別為三周期和四周期的平面曲線。 本文是在分析變中心距非圓行星輪系的基本運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上通過解析法推導(dǎo)出了非圓齒輪節(jié)曲線的方程式。歸納總結(jié)了節(jié)曲線設(shè)計(jì)方法,根據(jù)傳動(dòng)過程中節(jié)曲線應(yīng)滿足的兩個(gè)條件計(jì)算出合理的齒輪參數(shù),并采用Matlab語言進(jìn)行編程計(jì)算并生成了非圓齒輪的節(jié)曲線的圖形。利用CAXA良好的二維圖形能力,再利用VB6.0的計(jì)算功能計(jì)算出折斷齒數(shù),,在CAXA中較準(zhǔn)確的繪制出了這兩種非圓齒輪的齒廓。在三維軟件Solidworks中實(shí)現(xiàn)了對非圓齒輪齒廓圖的三維實(shí)體繪制。 在上述的理論基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)三階非圓行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系,運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)解析法對行星輪的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡和運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)其中心的速度、加速度進(jìn)行了分析和計(jì)算,代入?yún)?shù)得到相關(guān)的圖形。 最后簡單敘述了幾種非圓齒輪的加工方法(主要針對的是三階橢圓齒輪),并對線切割加工進(jìn)行了較詳細(xì)的講解。在獲得了齒輪的參數(shù)后,為進(jìn)一步研究非圓行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)提供了必備的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique transmission characteristics in kinematics and geometry, non-circular gear can meet the requirements of arbitrary variable transmission ratio transmission. Therefore, more and more applications have been made in various kinds of machinery. This paper mainly studies the gear mechanism of the third order non-circular planetary gear mechanism, the main characteristic of which is that the planetary gear pitch curve is circular. The pitch curves of the center wheel and the inner gear ring in the mechanism are plane curves of three and four periods, respectively. In this paper, based on the analysis of the basic kinematic relationship of the non-circular planetary gear train with variable center distance, the equations of the pitch curve of the non-circular gear are deduced by analytical method, and the design method of the nodal curve is summarized. The reasonable gear parameters are calculated according to the two conditions which should be satisfied by the nodal curve in the transmission process. The Matlab language is used to program and calculate and generate the figure of the pitch curve of the non-circular gear. The number of broken teeth is calculated by using the good two-dimensional graphics ability of CAXA and the calculation function of VB6.0. The tooth profiles of the two kinds of non-circular gears are drawn accurately in CAXA, and the three-dimensional solid drawing of the tooth profiles of non-circular gears is realized in the three-dimensional software Solidworks. On the basis of the above theory, according to the kinematic relation of the third order non-circular planetary gear mechanism, the motion track and the velocity and acceleration of the center of the planetary gear are analyzed and calculated by using the mathematical analytical method. Insert the parameter to get the related graph. Finally, several machining methods of non-circular gears are briefly described (mainly aimed at the third order elliptical gears, and the WEDM process is explained in detail. After the gear parameters are obtained. It provides an essential basis for further study of non-circular planetary gear mechanism.
