【摘要】：1949年全國解放時，中國工業(yè)產(chǎn)值僅占世界第26位，落后的經(jīng)濟(jì)實力讓當(dāng)時的中國還無法建立起足以保護(hù)國家和人民安全的國防工業(yè)。因此，中國的國防工業(yè)依靠蘇聯(lián)的援助白手起家，經(jīng)過60余年的發(fā)展，期間隨著國際、國內(nèi)形勢變化幾經(jīng)沉浮，走出了一條引進(jìn)——仿制——自研的曲折道路，其產(chǎn)品也從常規(guī)武器遍及航空、航天、艦艇、核工業(yè)等高精尖領(lǐng)域；時至今日，中國已經(jīng)成為了除了美國，俄羅斯，歐盟外，世界上第四個擁有完整國防工業(yè)體系的國家。其產(chǎn)品不但滿足了中國國防力量的需求，更逐漸走向世界防務(wù)市場，為中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了重要的推動作用。 印度獨立后，其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人宣布印度“要么做一個有聲有色的大國，要么就銷聲匿跡�！痹诖苏呦�，印度開始了其國防工業(yè)的發(fā)展；1962年的中印邊境沖突，更是刺激了印度國防工業(yè)政策的調(diào)整，在將中國作為假想敵的前提條件下，，為了在短時間內(nèi)擁有一支強大的國防力量，印度在國防工業(yè)發(fā)展中，大力推行國際合作，引進(jìn)國外成熟的國防科技，其結(jié)果是印度雖然擁有了南亞最強大的軍事力量，但在國防工業(yè)發(fā)展中卻缺乏可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力。 通過對中印兩國國防工業(yè)化道路的發(fā)展對比，從而能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)：新中國獨立后國防工業(yè)化立足于本國國情，揚長避短，走出了一條獨立自主，不受制于人的發(fā)展道路，國防工業(yè)發(fā)展的成就總體上是超過印度的；并且，在此探討印度國防工業(yè)發(fā)展的特點與規(guī)律，并能在此基礎(chǔ)上從中印兩國的政治，歷史，經(jīng)濟(jì)等各角度進(jìn)行比較研究，從而對我國國防工業(yè)的未來發(fā)展提出初步的建議及思路，為我國國防工業(yè)比較研究提供一些參考及借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 1949 the national liberation, China industrial output accounted for only twenty-sixth in the world, behind the economic strength to let the China is unable to establish enough to protect the safety of the country and the people of the defense industry. Therefore, China defense industry rely on Soviet aid start empty-handed, after 60 years of development, with the international and domestic situation changes during the period, ups and downs, out of a self - Introduction - imitation of tortuous development, its products from conventional weapons throughout the aviation, aerospace, ships, nuclear industry and other high-tech areas; today, China has become in addition to the United States, Russia, the European Union, the fourth countries in the world has a complete system of national defense industry. After the independence of India, its leaders announced that India "or a country or full of sound and colour, disappeared. Under this policy, India began its development of national defense industry; Sino Indian border conflict in 1962, it is to stimulate the India defense industry policy adjustment, in the China as the imaginary enemy of precondition, in order to have a strong defense force in a short period of time, India in the development of the defense industry, vigorously promote international cooperation, the introduction of foreign mature defense technology, the result is although India has Asia's most powerful military force, but in the development of the defense industry is lack of the ability of sustainable development.
Comparison of the two countries through the development of defense industrialization in China, so it can be found that: the new China independent defense industrialization based on the national conditions, make out an independent development path, the development of the defense industry is not heteronomy, the achievement is generally more than India; and discusses the characteristics and rule of the development of the defense industry in India and, on the basis of the Sino Indian political, historical, comparative study of the economic point of view, so as to put forward some suggestions and ideas of the future development of China's national defense industry, for the comparative study of China's defense industry to provide some reference and reference.
