【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的液壓系統(tǒng)——齒輪泵-馬達(dá)一體機(jī),它是由行星齒輪泵和多齒輪變量馬達(dá)組成,在中間殼體上安裝換向閥以實(shí)現(xiàn)馬達(dá)的換向,改變中間殼體的形狀可以改變輸入軸和輸出軸的角度。由于行星齒輪泵的流量脈動(dòng)比普通外嚙合齒輪泵小、多齒輪馬達(dá)的扭矩脈動(dòng)是普通外嚙合馬達(dá)的1/9,則齒輪泵-馬達(dá)一體機(jī)的脈動(dòng)大大減小了,從而降低系統(tǒng)的噪音污染。 本文首分析了齒輪泵-馬達(dá)一體機(jī)中行星齒輪泵的瞬時(shí)流量特性和多齒輪馬達(dá)的瞬時(shí)扭矩特性,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行仿真,將分析的結(jié)果與普通齒輪泵和馬達(dá)進(jìn)行比較。 其次建立了齒輪泵-馬達(dá)一體機(jī)的實(shí)體模型,并利用有限元分析軟件對(duì)行星齒輪泵和多齒輪馬達(dá)的端面和徑向泄漏分別進(jìn)行流場(chǎng)仿真分析,并得到壓差為2MPa時(shí),不同的端面、徑向間隙與泄漏流量的關(guān)系,為進(jìn)一步分析齒輪泵-馬達(dá)一體機(jī)的內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)奠定基礎(chǔ)。 然后建立了以體積和瞬時(shí)脈動(dòng)最小的多目標(biāo)行星齒輪泵和多齒輪馬達(dá)的優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用優(yōu)化工具箱得出了優(yōu)化結(jié)果。 最后在齒輪泵-馬達(dá)一體機(jī)實(shí)體模型的基礎(chǔ)上建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)傳遞函數(shù)并畫(huà)出方框圖,分析了不同粘性阻尼系數(shù)、泄漏系數(shù)對(duì)齒輪泵-馬達(dá)一體機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)特性的影響。 圖[68]表[9]參[69]
[Abstract]:A new type of hydraulic system-gear pump motor integrated machine is designed. It is composed of planetary gear pump and multi-gear variable motor. The reversing valve is installed on the middle shell to realize the commutation of the motor. Changing the shape of the middle shell can change the angle of the input shaft and the output shaft. Because the flow pulsation of the planetary gear pump is smaller than that of the common external gear pump, the torque pulsation of the multi-gear motor is 1/9 of that of the ordinary outer gear motor. The pulsation of the gear pump-motor integrated machine is greatly reduced, thus reducing the noise pollution of the system. In this paper, the instantaneous flow characteristics of planetary gear pump and the instantaneous torque characteristics of multi-gear motor are analyzed and simulated. The results are compared with common gear pumps and motors. Secondly, the solid model of the gear pump motor integrated machine is established, and the flow field simulation analysis of the end surface and radial leakage of the planetary gear pump and the multi-gear motor are carried out by using the finite element analysis software. The relationship between different end face, radial clearance and leakage flow rate is obtained when the pressure difference is 2 MPA, which lays a foundation for further analysis of internal flow field of gear pump motor integrated machine. Then the optimization mathematical model of multi-objective planetary gear pump and multi-gear motor with minimum volume and instantaneous pulsation is established and the optimization results are obtained by using the optimization toolbox. Finally, based on the solid model of the gear pump motor integrated machine, the mathematical model is established, the transfer function is derived and the block diagram is drawn, and the different viscous damping coefficients are analyzed.
