【摘要】:當(dāng)今市場(chǎng),企業(yè)在不斷地縮減產(chǎn)品成本,同時(shí)客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的個(gè)性化需求也在不斷提高。在這種背景下,大批量定制理論孕育而生,大批量定制理論不但能最大限度的降低產(chǎn)品成本,同時(shí)也能夠滿足客戶多樣化的需求。作為大批量定制理論的核心內(nèi)容,產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)近些年備受各界關(guān)注。 本文較為系統(tǒng)地研究了產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)理論,產(chǎn)品配置建模、產(chǎn)品配置推理和評(píng)價(jià)方法,提出了基于事物特性表和知識(shí)的產(chǎn)品配置建模方法與基于實(shí)例的產(chǎn)品配置推理方法,并將其應(yīng)用到多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品中,開發(fā)了多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。具體內(nèi)容包括: 第一章,闡述了論文研究的背景及其意義,論述了產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的發(fā)展及國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)的各種理論方法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,最后介紹了論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和總體結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二章,詳述了產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)的基本理論及其配置設(shè)計(jì)過程,并針對(duì)多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了可配置性分析,給出了配置設(shè)計(jì)流程,最后對(duì)客戶的個(gè)性化需求進(jìn)行了分析,獲取了多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品客戶的需求狀況,并在確定客戶需求權(quán)重之后,將其轉(zhuǎn)化為產(chǎn)品訂單信息。 第三章,主要研究了多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品的配置建模過程,分別介紹了事物特性表的理論及其結(jié)構(gòu)以及多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品配置知識(shí)庫的構(gòu)建過程,給出了基于事物特性表的事物特性單元模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合產(chǎn)品配置知識(shí)庫,構(gòu)建了基于事物特性表和知識(shí)的多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品配置模型。 第四章,詳述了基于實(shí)例的產(chǎn)品配置推理方法。根據(jù)客戶的個(gè)性化需求,對(duì)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品實(shí)例庫進(jìn)行檢索,從而得到滿足客戶個(gè)性化需求的產(chǎn)品配置實(shí)例集,然后應(yīng)用配置推理機(jī)制確定最能滿足客戶需求的多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品配置實(shí)例;之后簡(jiǎn)述了如何利用層次分析法對(duì)配置結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);對(duì)于不能得出產(chǎn)品配置方案的情況,可以對(duì)現(xiàn)有實(shí)例進(jìn)行零部件變形設(shè)計(jì)以得到所需配置方案。 第五章,在上述理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了多功能液壓千斤頂產(chǎn)品的配置設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的目標(biāo)及其運(yùn)行環(huán)境,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體框架,最后詳述了系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊。 第六章,對(duì)論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并給出了今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In today's market, enterprises are constantly reducing the cost of products, while customers' demand for personalized products is also increasing. Under this background, mass customization theory is born. Mass customization theory can not only minimize the cost of products, but also meet the diverse needs of customers. As the core content of mass customization theory, product configuration design has attracted much attention in recent years. This paper systematically studies the theory of product configuration design, product configuration modeling, product configuration reasoning and evaluation methods. Product configuration modeling method and case-based product configuration reasoning method based on transaction characteristic table and knowledge are proposed and applied to multi-function hydraulic Jack products. A multi-function hydraulic Jack product configuration design system is developed, including: In the first chapter, the background and significance of the research are described, the development of key technologies of product configuration design and the present situation at home and abroad are discussed, and various theories and methods of product configuration design are compared. Finally, the main research content and the overall structure of the thesis are introduced. In the second chapter, the basic theory of product configuration design and its configuration design process are described in detail, and the configurable analysis of multi-function hydraulic Jack products is carried out, and the configuration design flow is given. Finally, the individualized requirements of customers are analyzed, and the demand status of multi-function hydraulic Jack products is obtained. After determining the weight of customer demand, it is transformed into product order information. In the third chapter, the configuration modeling process of multi-function hydraulic Jack product is studied, and the theory and structure of object characteristic table and the construction process of configuration knowledge base of multi-function hydraulic Jack product are introduced respectively. This paper presents a model of thing characteristic unit based on the tabular property of things. Based on the product configuration knowledge base, the product configuration model of multi-function hydraulic Jack is constructed based on the tabular and knowledge of the product characteristics. In Chapter 4th, the case-based reasoning method of product configuration is described in detail. According to the customer's personalized requirements, the existing product case library is retrieved, and the product configuration case set is obtained to meet the customer's personalized requirements. Then the configuration reasoning mechanism is applied to determine the multi-function hydraulic Jack product configuration example which can meet the customer's needs most. After that, it briefly describes how to use AHP to evaluate the configuration results. For the cases where the product configuration scheme can not be obtained, the part deformation design can be carried out to obtain the required configuration scheme. In Chapter 5th, on the basis of the above theoretical research, the configuration design system of multi-function hydraulic Jack product is developed, the goal of the system development and its running environment are introduced, and the overall framework of the system is given. At last, each function module of the system is described in detail. In chapter 6th, the main research contents are summarized, and the future research direction is given.
